Dear all,
I have uploaded "The Akashic Construct" via "YouSendIt".

Gnomad is aware of this so I will leave it up to him as to when it will be available for download...

It is a 3 stage "guided" file that if done will take you into Deep Alpha or at the very least relax you!!!

Its a french Bloke doing the talking on the AC so try not to laugh at his accent...lol.

I cannot answer that my friend as one does not want to take anything away from the great work Gnomad as done.

The Akashic CD is a guided process, the others arnt..

As far as I'm aware it should burn straight to a CD.
I use real player & have Nero
I play the files from my computer through real player & have also burned them to CD for my sister.

If you think there is no point downloading them.........Don't

Can you please rip the file to an mp3 and zip it like gnomad did with his file? If it's not too much trouble for you it would make it a lot easier to download and use.

I don't use Real player because it's choked full of spyware and can't export to external devices.

Real Player 10.5 is not full of spyware....You can export to external devices because I had an ipod..you just need to check the update section...

Burn to a CD eh? This is an excellent idea, it would make storing and listening to all these tapes so much easier.

The only thing that has worked for exporting to my iPod is iTunes, which I don't like all that much, I haven't tried Real player 10 though.

I've only listened to the first part of the track and it worked well for visualization. It's much different to Boxed Nirvana though. It reminds me of the centring exercise taught on the Silva UltraMind seminar because it copies much of the technique from it.
