i have had that problem for a while now, but kept trying till i got the complete file. i could upload it to my blog if anyone has problems downloading it. i hope there is no issue with copyright and all.

thanks sploosh i have been figureing out a way to put it up on my blog. its the boring e-blogger thing. if i am able to put it up then that file would be on there for a long time

I know there are other working links (after all where did I get it from[I think DukeLordxX]) however, I feel that this will be more user friendly. In order to download this file, you have to be patient because it may take several minutes to download. Here is the link to OOBE.wav:

Once it is done you may find the wav file under Temporary Internet Files (for IE you may access this by the following way: Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Files).

The site specifies that this link will be up indefinitely as long as at least one person visits the link every six months. That translates into an extremely long lived OOBE.wav. Enjoy.

Here is another link that will allow whoever to download OOBE.wav '' 'directly' instead of having to go into Temporary Internet Files:

I originally set up the link to be direct but the site does not seem allow that.
