Hey i am new and have alot of questions

so i managed to get to the vibes but never exited


so random questions


1: do u have to be sleeping, or in a nap, or before or after to this?

2: do your eyes have 2 be closed?

3: after the vibes what can i do to exit?

4: is astral world,the same as normal world?

5: can u meet ppl in astral?

6: can u fly and walk into stuff in astral?
