It's JFK basically saying that there is a conspiracy within the government before he was assassinated. I'd say seeings how the President of the United States is saying there is a conspircay means it's more than just paranoia.

It goes way beyond the Masons.  It goes way beyond most people...period. Only a very small sect of people truly pull the strings.

One has to distinguish between a true religion - believing in the true God, and the institution that  professes to manage peoples' religious believes and lives, and that has its own agenda, not the least of which is control and power.

The problem with these 'secret societies' is really that our culture molds us to believe they are fantasies. Hollywood creates films where there are conspiracies to kill the president, high up in the ranks. So we are inclined to think that way. It wouldn't surprise me when any mention of a conspiracy is met with much hesitation from the collective mind. Most people don't really care about a problem if it doesn't effect them in their family home. Look after yourself and your friends and who else matters? Well thats really the attitude that got us to where we are today. Ethics is really the answer to most of our current problems. Those with the power rise above the law, when the mass demands an ethical approach, the power is overthrown, because power itself is unethical.

Does anyone know if other religions are as suspicious of the Masons, or is it mainly a Christian thing?
Also, does anyone know from experience if the Masons teach members esoteric stuff such as Qabalah or is it  for meeting people and making contacts mainly?

There's nothing to masonry about which you should be suspicious.  It's the same type of thing as the old mystery schools that used initiations to begin real teaching.  The only problem is the amount of people that don't understand the ceremonies or what they represent.

Going on second-hand knowledge from my grandfather(a 33rd degree Freemason) and another Freemason I know, Freemasonry isn't much more than a social fraternity whose purpose is to uplift the average man as an upstanding citizen of society. There are, of course, "bad potatoes" in the bag, as with any group, especially large, 'secret' ones.

Esoteric systems such as Qabalah and Hermeticism are not stressed bodies of knowledge, but the higher you go, the more 'branches' off to other groups and paths you have, and these may teach such systems. I am a member of a Golden Dawn order, which is probably one of the more prominent 'secret societies' that is focused primarily on esotericism. Funnily enough, the Golden Dawn is rarely included in the category of 'world-dominating secret societies' like the Freemasons or even the Ordo Templi Orientis is.

I did not do OB deliberately but I ended up in one of these masonic cermonaries because one of my local GP`s lying through his teeth.. There`s basically an epidemic in the UK and probably the rest of the world for all I know in doctors and
lay practitioners using. Quantum Healing or vibrational med.
(Mind Control) He used some sort of intercom/mind reading machine on me.. But did not realise how sensitivity I was.
I reported him to his colleagues.
But they chose to believe him and closed rank and removed me from the practice while he still plays with them and other patients under the counter.

I tried warning the British Homeopathic butt. sometime ago as a lot of doctors who are homeopaths are using these devices.
Also the GMC and the Healthcare commission (NHS)..
They have not a clue.. The GMC does not want to get involved in so called alternative medicine. Regardless of them doing it under the counter. This basically effects us all these people are breaking healing ethics.. I was talking to someone the other day and he said Why are they doing it seeing its happen not just 3 times, I know what I am talking about.

The only concultion was they must have Munchhausen Syndrome.
Though a lot of people who do healing I find do do it and don`t ask. But when I ask they your tell you.. The answers yes..
But to have doctors who lie. Then continue to play.
