If a dream every starts to turn bad mostly if some body tries to kill me I end up finding a sword or fighting and killing him. If its not like that I just end up fixing whatevers wrong too. Any clue whats going on?

Thanks.

Your pineal gland is not producing enough melatonin.

Advent Cloud

Whats that mean.

Sorry dont know much about things that affect dreams.

Stookie

It could mean that you do very well in dealing with subconscious issues.

Advent Cloud

Sounds interesting. What could make it that I would be good at doing that?

Hi Advent Cloud,

The best way to avoid nightmares is to spend some time in the sunlight every day.  Your body, throughout the day produces a substance called melatonin.  It will produce more if you spend time in the sunlight.  While you're sleeping, your body is converting melatonin to seratonin.  When your seratonin gets to a certain level, you wake up.  There's a lot more to it than this that I don't understand, but this is the basic gist.

Have you been spending time in the sun recently?  I think it's awesome that you find a sword - that rules!

Cheers,

Thanks but it depends I switch to being in the sun and not being in the sun alot. Either way even when Im not in the sun alot its all the same.

Take a melatonin suppliment.
