I know there are a lot of topics on the subject, but I was wondering..
What do they feel like?
Do they feel like when your foot goes numb and then you move it and it tingles?
Cause thats what "MINE" felt like. Or at least what I think are Vibes.
Please help!

Vice

To me it feels like i'm being electrocuted but without the pain

idk...i dont think they'd feel different...im sure people would just have other ways of describing them.

for me its hard to discribe...but you'll know when you really get the vibes. i know cuz once i thought i was getting them but i was pretty stoned when i was tryin and got a different feeling and thought it was them...but when i actually got them i knew for sure...they were hella intense, and the first time i didnt understand, and even tho it was what tryin to get, at the time i got scared cuz i never felt something like that b4, they just got soo intense!

I feel as if I'm being electrocuted but without the pain as well. When you start to feel like this just try lifting an arm, if it feels like a ton of bricks and won't move then it is sleep paralysis. From then on you will definately know what you are looking for. Also I do not recommend doing drugs when practicing different states of consciousness, not only does it take away from the experience itself but can be potentially harmful.

My vibrations are actually pretty unique feeling.  When I am relaxed and I experience the floating sensation, I begin to try and project, and I will feel my arms starting to shake a little and then they will feel like they are floating.  Then my entire body suddenly starts to feel like its spinning in circles very fast(very exciting!) and then my legs begin to "physically" twitch and then I lose my vibrations.  I'm kind of stuck at this point at the moment, but I hope to get the full experience in the near future!

When the vibrations happen they are usually very intense. They normally feel like a strong electrical current running through your chest and brain. If you aren't sure you had them then you probably didn't. When you experience them you will know it.

I only had them a few times but it usually feels like my body has turned to liquid and there are rapid ripples or waves running outwards from my solar plexus area. It's really very pleasant. It's nothing at all like normal physical sensations such as tingling, not for me anyway, I'm sure everyone has them slightly differently.

Dude sounds like your foot just went asleep, keep practicing

I haven't had an OOBE yet.. but I think I've felt vibes. I feel my whole body vibrating, like I've been electrocuted, but all of my muscles get really tense and my breathing gets more shallow. Is that normal?

When I get vibrations I am no longer aware of my breathing or my muscle tone considering im in sleep paralysis. Typically when you get vibrations you are in a deep trance. Vibrations occur just before projection so you are really no longer aware of your physical body except that you are close to it. Honestly if you are unsure if you had vibrations or not then you probably didn't. Once you experience them you will have no doubt about it, none at all.

I have not been fully successful in projecting, but am sure I've gotten to the vibration stage a few times.  To me it doesn't feel like being electrocuted or anything that shocking, no pun intended.  It's more of a very obvious, yet not horrible buzzing feeling, and a very noticeable energy.  It's extremely difficult to explain. I tend to find that my breathing becomes very shallow too.
