Hello,

Ever since I was little, I have had many outside the box experiences. I find that these have showed me that there is indeed other planes and realms of existence other than this physical one.

I have just recently researched meditation and astral travel. Is is true that if your body gets enough energy (through meditation)  then you will eventually experience astral travel? And, if thought creates reality in the other planes, then does that mean that I can create my own place in the astral realms that is like my own world?

Thanks for any responses, I know the questions might seem weird, but I am really interested in this subject.

Hi Graveyard,

Glad to see you here. I have read much on the subject and although I have only had 1 month of experience I do understand that it is indeed possible to create your own world in the astral planes. Robert Monroe talks in his books about visiting the planes above the belief systems and says that not only do people create their own worlds there, but these worlds actually become solid over time similar to the physical world. Monroe calls this area The Park and you can have you own place there and visit it any time you want.

According to William Buhlman, places like Heaven are beliefs which created massive consensus realities which really can't be changed by thought because billions of separate consciouses collectively keep them from changing. Then he speaks of higher energy planes that are totally non-consensus and these environments are easily changed by thought.

You actually create the physical world you live in now by thought.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards

David

So, that means, that the collective would have created these places called "Hell" and "Heaven"? That means that it does exist?

And I know the physical world is molded by thought, it just takes longer. If you know about manifestation and the law of attraction, you would already know this. The Universe is expanding at a rapid rate, perhaps it is our thoughts expanding it. That is a wild thought.

Yes, Heaven and Hell exist. The thing is you don't have to stay there. You put yourself in either place by your actions, thoughts and beliefs. You can leave either at any time or choose not to go at all.

You should read Buhlman's book "Adventures Beyond the Body". He talks about how the astral world is connected to the expanding universe is great detail. I picked the book up on amazon for like 12 dollars.

You can create your own world. Call it an Astral Home. Everytime you astral project you will go to your astral home IF you want to. Spirit Guides would go to your astral home to contact you. What you do is first visualize your astral home while meditating. When you project start building an Astral Home. Like maybe add furniture. Then add a bubble of light around it to protect it from negative entities. It's good to create an astral home because you can also meet up with people there.

What don't you understand? If you believe in heaven you will go there. If hell you will go there. If you believe in evolving beyond both heaven in hell you will do that. This statement was relative to physical death, sorry if I wasn't clear.

Then you will most likely end up in heaven or hell.

You are correct. It depends on your belief system. Mine is currently that you make heaven and hell by your thoughts, along with others who share the same thoughts. I have had 6 OBEs, none of which I saw Heaven. When I have an OBE where I actually see Heaven my belief will become fact "for me".

I currently get my information about heaven and hell from reading books written by Monroe and Buhlman.

Yea so basically Christians believe in Heaven or Hell so they will go to either one. Bhuddists believe in the planes and you reincarnate so I guess its what you believe that will be your afterlife
