I have achieved a LD only a few times, and i hope to be able to do it with regularity at some point...
my problem is that I want to be able to have some control over who can enter into my mind while dreaming... is it possible?
or do i have to stay awake forever...

People sleep every night without worrying about someone entering their dream. Why should you worry about it during a lucid dream?

i worry about it because im not a regular at LDs...

Im sick of feeling scared about the possibility...

May I say, Do Not Doubt Yourself.

Have no fear, there is nothing to be afraid of. Our mind creates our feeling responses, so it also creates our feelings of fear. So, focus your mind away from the worrying, and focus on a positive.. doesn't matter what that positive thought is.

You will learn to be master of your thoughts and only feel fear when faced with something real, which even then can be a great learning curve to move through that into awe and Love.

How to protect myself when dreaming.....

translates to

How to protect myself from myself.

Well ironically only you can answer that.

Worrying about some entity entering your dreams is not worth worrying about because it's impossible.

What you dream is all in the mind, even lucid dreams. There is no external influence in lucid dreaming from what I've experienced, only internal. As for OBE's/Astral Projection, if you believe in them as they are described, you might have a valid reason to be afraid. But even then, it is impossible for entities to enter the body.

In lucid dreams, you are 100% in control (you'll learn this when you have more and more lucid dreams). That's the fun part about it. Make it whatever you want.
