I've heard that some of the greys are androids and therefore don't have souls.

dear kurtykurt42,

my research indicates that to be true.

But it appears that those are a different form of "Grey".
These "Greys" are specifically engineered to be bio-robotic slaves.
But I don't know whether the host-consciousness of these "Greys" is an enslaved soul-based consciousness or a form of artificial consciousness.

Lets not forget that there are probably over a trillion species of greys out there in the universe. I'm sure some of them are easily advanced enough to make android bodes that have minds, while others are not.

zareste

There's one species worth mentioning - they have a life force similar to our own (based in a plasmic orb of mind data) but they can split it and place slivers of the orb in multiple bodies to carry out different tasks.

About the smaller worker-type greys: I hear about many galactic organizations using them as workers. I think maybe they're an engineered species that anyone can clone and use like robots

I feel like i known them my whole life.Maybe from another life.Weird

My idea of soul is:The counsciousness / mind / your energy is the soul and I don't think/feel that the soul is somehow separated from the mind when I am speaking of the soul itself and it cant be separated. So bottom line, you can't live without soul because the soul it's you.It is like you are saying that you body can live without your energy / soul.

Hello,

Is it possible to live without a soul? As in having no emotions, pretty much being an empty person. That would kind of suck, but I am just curious if living without a soul is indeed possible. I am still skeptical to the idea of a "soul". I have had experiences that are out of the ordinary you could say, but they could all just be hallucinations of my mind. Chemicals in my brain going haywire. I have tried meditating, for hours on end, but all I see is eternal darkness. Nothingness and an empty mind.

Vulcans also have no emotions, but they do have a "kantra" which most likely equates to a soul.

There are animals and even people with no soul, sometimes called biorobots by occult and esoterics specialists. That name is given since the only thing that keeps it moving is different combinations of programs. Originally survival instincts programmed in DNA, but also many programs add up from around as it is "living". About emotions, it might show those - similar to how you program a computer program - If xxxx occurs then yyyy happens.  Empty vessel on autopilot... If you can see auras it is easy to say if you are looking to one with no soul. The aura of it does not look like an aura of any normal being, not even corrupted, it looks like full of strings oddly reminding a string musical instrument. Of course it has energy, as well as astral body, different vessels, but no real consciousness as it has no soul.. However... this being may gain soul. Sounds pretty stupid, but even normal living beings may have change of soul. The new soul that occupies the body, doesn't even remember it's coming on earth, since it gains access to all the information/memories/experiences stored in the brain and DNA of body it occupies, so it feels like one has been living like that since one was born. This is actually a pretty deep topic.. just tried to explain it the easy way. There many things to rack one's brains on, since our society has been made a sleeping one...

Should that be true... how many number of souls have inhabited your body during any extended period of time?
I personally can't believe that to be true.  But meh, that's just me.  :)

No it's ok, you can't tell what is true in this world anymore by just listening and reading theory..

kurtykurt42

I think that entities with powerful amounts of energy can come to worlds such as this and inhabit physical bodies of people that are very weak. Often these people have been using drugs, medications, alcohol, etc. for many years. The new soul can absorb itself onto the old soul and process all of the old memories and basically be that same exact person. I believe an entity can also kick the persons energy body out of his physical body and take over his physical body completely.  :?

Talisei

I believe a soul is you. Simply you--your consciousness, your mind, your energy, and your proof of existence. That is what a soul is. It is you and it is unique in every way possible. To say you have no soul is to say you are non-existent.

To say you have no feelings merely points out that you have a psychological disorder or something up there. But everyone has a soul. As for the grays and such, it's most likely an artificial soul, programmed for certain things. But a soul is a soul, no matter what it is programmed to do or if it has free will. That's my belief.
Love Is Not For What You Do In Life But For Who You Are

mo

how does everyone come to believe that grays have no souls? i dont believe i have "more soul" than an insect or a gray. i find it arrogant to say that a human can recognize a soul and judge who hasnt one and who has.

cpt. picard

I agree, Grays and whatever other ETs should have a soul, because i believe any councious being has a soul, whether they are human, a sinister alien, or an intelligent machine. As for Kurt's theory that a soul can inhabit humans who are addicted to drugs/alcohol and expell ther etheric body, that is rubbish, if that were true, you wouldnt see recovering drug addicts and alcoholics (many of which ive known as friends and family) all the time, because this more powerful soul wouldnt allow it. And believe me when i say ive seen drug addicts that are as low and close to death as can be make a full recovery, albeit, with the help of their families usually. The idea of a continuance of counciousness, but more than one soul involved in the same continuance just dosent strike me as possible or plausable.

kurtykurt42

Perhaps when you see an entity take over one of your best friends body you won't believe it's rubbish anymore.

mo

so how can you tell it was an entity that took over?

kurtykurt42

Usually a lack of memory is a good indication, as well as a severe change in attitude. Read my post Astral entity in my friends body.

yea, i remember having read that thread now.

QuoteI then asked him if he could see a green wave coming from the sphere, and he said yes. This I believe is a subliminal programming technique used by the government to alter a person's mind.
why did you even have the idea that there could be a green wave? so you came up with the idea of some green wave being used as subliminal programming and the entity approved of it?

i probably just misunderstood what you were trying to say, but this sounded too random for me to be taken seriously.

kurtykurt42

I had been meditating for a while and my pineal/third eye became active. Since I don't have cable TV I have never noticed this before then, but I could see green waves emanating from the TV. My friend (the entity) confirmed that he could also see green waves coming from a large sphere, which is what I was seeing as well.

After thinking this over for a while, I believe that I was at the resonant frequency of this entity and he was able to perceive me due to this fact. My friend was asleep at the time and his energy body was probably somewhere else. So, I believe this entity either deliberately or accidentally (which is what I think) stumbled into my friends body and was able to take control for about five minutes.

Well if you expect me to believe your hearsay, I wouldnt be much of a critical thinker now would I? Anyways, if what you said happened were true, then at the best thats 2 souls in your friends body, unless you of course saw your friends soul dart out at the same time. But 2 souls inhabiting the same body is another discussion on possesion and somewhat irrelevant to my argument.

kurtykurt42

I wouldn't lie to you captain. My friend had fallen asleep and the entity took over his body at that time. It's commonly accepted that when we sleep our energy body projects to another place or in other words your soul leaves your body.

mo

lol yea, commonly accepted. wrong assumptions give wrong results, remember that. even if you seem to have validations, there DEFINITELY are more than one possible explanation. seriously.

Hey, I'm new here but I thought it was time I started posting.

My realisations about "reality" are constantly evolving, so this is only my opinion at this point in time.  I came to the following opinion a few days ago and I've been thinking about typing it out to consolidate my understanding of it, and it seems to fit this topic, so here goes!

I think the biggest problem is using words, which very very limited, to describe concepts - my understanding of a "soul"may be very different from someone elses understanding of a "soul".  So in this sense, both everyone and everything, as well as noone and nothing has a soul depending on your perspective.  It's why I don't feel comfortable with talking about spirit, soul, God, etc etc because they are just labels and often attached to many different things depending on what understanding you have based on past experience.

Two words I do feel comfortable using are "Consciousness" and "Mind".  I think at this moment in time...  It really is that simple!  Everything has both of these...  The way I see it, in the "beginning" there was only one consciousness, with a mind encompassing everything that could be.  All possibilities existed but nothing could be subjectively experienced because it knew everything, both the good and the bad.  So therefore, it managed to fragment it's mind...  Now, though it was the same consciousness it didn't know what the "others" mind contained, and so it would have to interact and experience the knowing of the "other" - and hence started experiencing subjectively.  Each mind contained a link to the whole, andso could derive information "inwardly" as well as "outwardly".  In this way, the "Mind" fragmented over and over, to create everything we both know and do not know at this moment in time.  We are minds inside minds inside minds.  This is, I feel, how Franks focus levels work - His Focus 2 is our "personal" mind - the collection of everything we are unconsciously that is thrown over the wall to our conscious minds as we interact with the physical.  Then you get to Focus 3 which is a larger shared mind - that of humanity - or possibly this physical universe.  In this way, even we can fragment our own minds and often do - assuming the "Parent" role, the "Partner" role, the "Friend" role - until you get to the point where you can become disconnected with those parts of your mind and they become "other" to you, as you don't wish to own them, hence some mental illnesses.  I also believe these Minds are never completely seperate - only as much as you or "another" wish them to be, and so others can influence your own mind and you can tap into others...  this includes "minds" which do not have a physical existance.  I think is is where Soul Mates come in - those beings which you have spent past existance with which that part of "your" mind is shared, and so you are drawn to each other.  I think everything has a Mind, including atoms etc...

I hope this makes some sense, but it's my current thinking on the matter and quite hard to put into words!  So if you think of the "Soul" as being what makes you the unique you that you are, then yes - everythin has a soul.  But that soul - Mind - may work very differently to your own.  It may be a series of programmed automatic responses, or it may have the self awareness to chose what it indentifies with and has the ability to change the contents of, for good or bad.  But without the bad, we wouldn't know that the good was good!  (It's very easy for be to say that objectively, but subjectively... not so much :P)  I know my own mind has plenty of dark corners to it, but I take onboard the need to address and change these as and when I'm ready, as by doing so the group Mind that I also "belong" to - humanity will hopefully be pushed in a lighter direction also.

What makes you think your energy body is your soul? If this were the case, would people not be getting their bodies taken over every night? A theory that is commonly accepted is your consciousness stays in your body and is mirrored toward your Astral body while you sleep. Have you ever Astral Projected only to find that a being has taken over your body since your soul left it? I haven't heard of even 1 case of this happening. And if your theory is correct, then why would somebody even be able to come back to their bodies' once an entity inhabited it?
I agree with the other guy who said that a being can attach itself to your body, meaning 2 souls are in it at the same time, not a being kicking your soul out of your body.

Most people are soulless (75%) due to corrupted genetics, soulless people are very selfish and in many cases immoral. Soulless people begets soulless children. Don't worry about being soulless,A soulless person would not hang around an  astral projection forum.

Where in the world did you get that from? lol
People are not born soulless, there are things that happen to people, causing themselves to become damaged and eventually they may forget who they are or once were.. That does not make them bad and/or soulless people, it means they lost their way.

You say:

then you say:

First of all, how do you know how many people are 'soulless', and how do you reconcile saying people are not born soulless and then say they are?  Where does your information come from, how are you defining soul here, if you are talking about genetics, something purely physical?
For that matter, how do you define 'selfish' and 'immoral'?  Just curious about the last one.
