astral claimed meetings with deceased

hi i was curious if anyone has any stories or  links to stories of people meeting deceased through astral projection. also i was curious, how does one know such meetings are not deceptions by other types of beings (ex. demons) ? in other words how do those who experience such meetings know they are legit or not?

Well, "Focus" will be slightly harder to define for you than retrievals... but suffice to say that a Focus is a specific area in consciousness.  Try not to worry about it too much.
A "Retrieval" is when someone goes to one of these Focuses and saves a person from being in what we call an emotional loop.

Hmmm... I guess that doesn't really explain much.  >_>

Retrievals is when a physically living person goes APing and moves a deceased from one of the Monroe Focuses 23, 24, 25 or 26 to Focus 27. On rare occasions the retrieval can also be done from Focus 22. You can also retrieve (domestic) animals which are deceased and got stuck in Focus 23.

Usually the retrieval needs a lot of help from discarnates which already are in F 27.

Bruce Moen is perhaps one of the most knowledgeable in retrievals, and has written several books on the subject.

The most common experience of meeting a deceased family member during an OBE is actually during a Near death experience. If you peruse a dozen or more accounts of NDEs at nderf.org you will probably read one or more stories of someone who had a near death experience and went out of body and encountered a deceased family relative during their experience.

Don't search for Ginny, search for posts BY Ginny... and in the search field type "retrieval".
That should net you some good posts.  I just did it and found a bunch.

Btw, I am not sure if NDEs is the main method to meet the deceased (relatives). There is also the ADC (after-death communication) perception/manifestation event which is reportedly VERY common (see site).

And another still very new method consists of INDUCED ADCs, developed by psychologist Alan Bottkin.
