since you are 22, going to war isn't something to worry about for you, as for someone my daughter's age (17) ,

it is very possible that this economy can collapse and suddenly the college she wants to go to isn't deemed very useful anymore and she has to find other ways to get qualifications that won't mean a thing iin the post-apocalyptic Mad Max-type world she is doomed to try to survive in when all the aliens and arch angels and 4 horsemen come thundering down on us!

heh, that's one scenario.  i don't even really know what to make of doomsday scenarios, but i do think that we will be seeing anarchy followed by a Nazi like uprising (here in the States) armed with psychological manipulation and propaganda of a whole new kind.

Yeah, I would not be surprised if there were eventually a second American revolution, but that the revolutionaries will be too busy plotting the war, and don't spend any time considering what will come after, and a brutal fascist state rises afterward.

Yep, and it's my opinion that the brutal fascist state is the real purpose of all this fear/angermongering.
