OBE Exit Poll

Greetings One & All
This is an "Exit Poll' and yes, I know, an exit poll is something that tv stations do on election day to predict winners. However this is a different kind of exit poll. This is about your ability to separate your astral/ethereal body and EXIT your physical body. (Exit Poll, get it. LOL)
What I am looking for here is the total number of OBEs that you can recall. This can be broken down roughly as follows.
a) Never had an OBE.
b) Have had between 1 to 10 OBEs.
c) Have had 11 to 25 OBEs.
d) Have had 26 to 50 OBEs.
e) have had 51 to 100 OBEs.
f) Have had between 100 to 500 OBEs.
g) Have had more than 500 OBEs. If so please estimate an approximate number.

Question 2 When was your first conscious OBE or AP?
a) As a child of 12 or younger.
b) At high school age of 13 to 17.
c) When between 18 to 23 years of age.
d) When between 25 to 40 years old.
e) When over 40. Again please specify an age.

I am going to post this poll in several different websites so if you see this poll in another website please do NOT respond more than once.
Your participation in this poll will help me finish the "Informal OBE Survey" (to be found both at astralpulse.com and astraldynamics.com)  There will be one or two (or 3) more polls to follow.

I had 2 OBE's (one planned, the other spontaneous).  And I had one lucid dream so far.

The 2 OBE's were not very long nor far, I just hovered a few feet above my body

I have had 3 fully conscious OBE's, one of which only lasted a few seconds, but the others seemed to last very long and I was able to explore a bit.

(d) When between 25 to 40 years old.

I am 25 years old and have been doing this for about 3 or 4 months.

Conscious projections i probably have had around 300, but have had hundreds more spontaneously.

had my first conscious exit at age 11 after reading my fathers books.

I think I have had many more going back to childhood but at this moment I am not fully sure.  I recall them as OBE's when I look back now, but at the time I had no clue so maybe memory is messing this up.

d) When between 25 to 40 years old.

Again, I *think* ive been having OBE's all my life (ive just turned 29), particularly during childhood but my memories of them now are faded and I dont 100% know if they were OBE's or just daydreams etc.

Cool idea, this poll. I'm really intrigued about the results.

My total number of exits is either zero or 8000+ depending on your belief system.

And I'm gonna let you guess the answer to question number two.

Started at age 18. stopped for two years, then started willfully projecting. Probably around 400~ or so OBEs recorded total in my journals but at the current time I am not "training" to have them so I havn't had many for several months. Life is too busy to put focus into the astral right now.

As far as the "separation" method. I would have to say that early on most of my "exits" would be by initiating a swaying sensation like I was on a boat..This would cause a "roll out" of my body. It would feel sort of like jumping off a swing when in motion.

75% of my OBEs in the past 2-3 years have been either a "disconnect" at the head. I will see my legs rise up slowly from my physical legs and then lastly my head will disconnect. I usually feel my "other" body at a 90 degree angle before the disconnect. Some other less frequent but still prominent exits have revolved around concentration of an object in my room. I will see through my astral eyes and then focus on an object in my room hard enough to cause a separation and a "teleportation" like feeling to that object. =] hope this makes sense.
