fish oil.. if you want quick fix. medittaion. i meditate at work on my break for a bit that calms me down and is helping my concentration and memory.

Just keep practicing.

Focusing upon one thing is actually a much harder skill than most believe it is.
Your mind isn't used to focusing in such a manner.  In fact, most of your life is spent to the contrary.

So you're attempting to break a 'lifelong' habit.
