Body Swapping

hi, every one i am new to astral projections after reading about, one question came to my mind if while returning to the resting body shell after enjoying some astral activities we may get shell replaced or exchanged by some one indulged in similar activity, or intentionally can the body shells be also swapped thru astral projections.

I'll just tell you my perspective of this, it's neither right nor wrong, just how I see it.

First, we're not "in" these bodies.  These bodies are, for the most part, empty vessels that we focus our consciousness towards in order to exist and operate within this physical reality frame.  Consciousness is only focused towards that which you want to experience using your Intent.

Nothing leaves you when you project and nothing comes back when you "return your focus" here. 

To directly answer your question:
Only you have the ability to control the meat popsicle that you call "your physical body".

It seems to me that you're contradicting yourself here. First you point out that there is no inhabiting, leaving, entering and the like and that what is actually happening is a change of focus. Being "in the body" simply means focusing on the physical body and "leaving the body" means focusing on [insert something cool here] within the astral realms. To me, it seems a natural consequence that it should be possible to focus on anything and anywhere at all, including someone else's physical body. Yet you then suddenly claim this is not possible.

So it appears to me that an explanation for why "only you have the ability to control the meat popsicle that you call 'your physical body'" is missing. I may also simply be misunderstanding what you're saying though (this is very probable ^^).

I believe that only your consciousness holds the key to retain focus towards your body.  That there is a direct link that only you possess between your consciousness and your physical existence within this reality frame.  <-- that's just my opinion, btw.

Hmmm... I still don't see the link to what you said about changing focus and bodies being empty vessels thought.

If there is a "my consciousness" which only has access to "my body" then how is the changing focus model different from the model of leaving the body (except for the words used of course). Whether my conciousness leaves my body and enters the astral plane (or FoC3 or whatever you want to call it) or whether I shift my conciousness from my physical body to a different focus level is essentially the same thing. Likewise saying a body is inhabited by consciousness and saying my conciousness is focused on my body also refers to the same thing. At least that's what I think so far... But it still feels like I'm fundamentally misunderstanding your model.

Because if, to project, all you have to do is "change your focus" then that means there's nothing actually "in" these bodies... which would then make them, for the most part, empty vessels.  That's just my interpretation of it.

Not possible because in a OBE the spirit never really leaves the body. If it did than there would be a chance of being hijinked every time somebody went to sleep.

mmm, OBe's people use to be able to enter other peoples body's deliberatly, governemnts have done this, i would say on more than one occasion as... lets say they did a good job at it...

not associating this with governments but:
their was even a thing where people would go through sports stars/players and make them make mistakes...

it was bought to my attention around 5 or more years ago that a death(s?) was committed through this practise but unintensional, apparently just to teach a lesson, but he died as a result of the incident (freak accident), and their are other incidents apparently ...

of course they are all recorded !!!
i even got blamed for one (death), known as R.I.P, take away the dots, didnt happen...

on the other cases sports people, your CIA research the height of sports, i know it was a thing here in AFL (Aussie) start their ...the height of CIA know man, common knowledge to them...
i've done a bit of protection in that area (AFL) for that reason
it was just like a mental attack so to speak...heaps know about it
