Ive had two lucid dreams in the last week. My LD's have taken place in a part of the UK far from where I live. Now I wouldn't consider these to be OOBE's as from all Ive read OOBE's are within my local area ie the room where I am or in the house I live or the local area. But I want to have a LD in the RTZ. Anyone help with advice and or comments.

I'm not sure you can have an LD in RTZ. According to Monroe, LDs are located to F 15.

If you take a look at the Buhlman video in this link

But you can have an RTZ OBE.

Buhlman states that LDs can be used as launch pads to have OBEs, which T Campbell also states.

What it sounds like to me is that you're trying to have a non-physical experience, and have it, seemingly, within your very local, immediate area?

What you do is this...
When you find yourself Lucid, simply focus upon the area of the physical where you would like to experience.  Place your Intent as such that you want to explore "that" area of physical reality.  As you place your Intent towards this goal, you'll feel some form of movement or shifting sensation.

It's not easy to shift in this manner, but keep trying and you'll get it.  :)

And they're right, it is a great launchpad to having a full astral projection.  All you need to do is bring forth your full waking awareness.  I use the following method for that:

QuoteI'll explain here how I go about converting my Lucid Dreams into full Astral Projections.

How you become Lucid to begin with is outside the scope of this entry and I'll provide that information later.  So, your first step, obviously, is to become Lucid within your dream.  This means that you have the basic knowledge, during the dream, that you are indeed dreaming.  You know that the environment you're in now is not part of the physical world, and that your physical body is actually in your bed, sleeping.

The next step is to bring forth your full waking conscious awareness.  There are a few methods for doing this, but I'll just mention the one that I use and know is doable.  First, stop what you're doing and focus on one aspect of the environment or yourself (a flower pot, your hands, etc... ) then begin the process of questioning yourself.

I have four main questions I like to use.

"Where am I?"
"Where am I going?"
"How did I get here?"
and "What am I doing?"

This act of questioning yourself and your surroundings brings forth your critical faculties and opens your full waking conscious awareness.

Congratulations, you're now Astral Projecting.  :)

Goodluck!
