I'm really happy I have found this forum and finally decided to say hello :]

I'm interested in OOBE since 2006 and from that time I try to get out of my body, change my state of mind or perceive the Wider Reality as one could say. I don't know which of these is correct, maybe all. I only know that this specific experience really does exist – I've experienced it

I have OOBE extremely rarely – approximately once every two months. Most, if not all, of my OOBEs are spontaneous. Unfortunately, I still don't know what to do to cause this experiences. I try various methods but they don't seem to work well.
Anyway I don't discourage myself and think positive.

PS. English isn't my native language, so please forgive me all my language errors. I try to avoid them.

One of the secrets to achieving the deliberate conscious OBE is to keep trying different methods. Try one methods for a few weeks or a month. If that first method does not work then select another technique and try that for a few weeks. Eventually Something is Very likely to work resulting in a deliberate OBE. Of course the other secret is Patience because is might take several months.
btw It took me about half a year (six months) before something finally worked.
