Sorry if I keep asking quick questions, but how do I contact my spirit guide in the astral realm? I'm doing an experiment with my mate, he's written down a code on an A4 piece of paper and put it under his book-case, and I'm going to try and have an OBE/AP and tell him the code the next day on MSN. The trouble is, I'd have no idea how to get to his house despite seeing a picture of the location, so I wanted to ask my guide if he can take me there, or tell me how to get there, or even tell me the code for me! Are any of these possible? If so, any tips for meeting my spirit guide would be awesome. :)

Hello!
For a long time I wished to find out who my guide was, since I was always alone in my projections. I believe, just like the more you focus on projecting the easier it becomes, the more you focus on calling to your guide the more chance you have of them presenting them-self.
I only met my guide once, when she pulled me out to tell me something. I haven't seen her since. I think that some guides keep their distance unless they have something important to tell you. Like a parent who doesn't give you all the answers because they want you to figure things out for yourself. My guess is that people who just want to prove something or perform a trick such as reading a code to impress a friend...may not get the help of a guide. I'd say seek your guide for more serious matters, or they might think you are disrespecting them and what you could get out of projecting.

I met my spirit guide awhile ago during an astral projection.

I was talking to this beautiful girl. We were getting to know each other. Suddenly this guy starts harassing us. He turned out to be what they call a Buunt. They are mischievous beings who like to pull pranks on people. Well I got into this big fight with it. I knocked him out and he turned into his natural form which was like a bag of water. They are disgusting creatures.

Anyway, a crowd had gathered and out of the crowd comes my spirit guide. She says, "Sergio! What are you doing?" She had the sweetest smile on her face and a look of familiarity like we really knew each other.

She continues, "I got so worried when I saw this thing drop 50 points." She was holding what looked like a thermometer. She explains that all spirit guides have one to tell them when you're in trouble. My thermometer had gone down 50 points into the red when I got into the fight. Trouble! Come quickly!

So that's how I met my spirit guide. She is a beautiful little woman with long dark hair. She was flanked by two twin angels. I guess she was prepared for the worst. No problem though, I kicked that Buunt's butt. My spirit guide proceeded to tell me what it was and to stay away from them if at all possible.

Who do you think is holding your 'thermometer'?  :-D That's why I think your spirit guide doesn't watch you 24/7. Unless something serious happens they are probably busy living their own lives. That thermometer gadget tells them when you're in trouble. Pretty neat to think about anyway.

Don't be rushing the ultimate meaning of life here. It's about smelling the flowers don't forget. With that said, they'll present them self when they the time is right.

When the right time is...?

Well your guess is as good as mine, so it may be easier just to wait and practice.

I have interacted with all different types of beings who have all given me various excellent pieces of advice. If you want to talk to someone, your best bet is to just practice hard to get good enough to visit the BSTs. Lots of folk up there.

If you don't mind my asking, Contenteo, what are the BSTs? I tried looking around the forum for it but couldn't find it so I don't know what it stands for. Sorry if it's a stupid question, lol :)

Ah right, I'd heard of those, just not the abbreviation. Interesting stuff. Thanks!

Before you ever get to one in a projection, you will probably start having dreams where you are in a place that is way to complex. It is almost noticeable that your brain wouldn't be able to handle the scope of what you are experiencing. In addition, you will notice that there are quite a good deal of entities up here too. Again, way too many for your brain to render this entire experience on its own.

When that happens, you have good reason to believe that have experienced a BST.

Good luck in your training. Remember to keep that journal, right by your bed. It will help if you get the habit of recording.
