strange experiences

hey everyone, had an interesting experience this morning. Woke up about 3:00AM, read a book for half an hour then went back to sleep. A short time later I awoke with sleep paralysis and intense sporadic vibrations  Then i heard my mate ( I'm renting shared accommodation with several other people ) going for his morning jog down the road past my window, I though " wow he's doing it early"! it was still dark Next i heard another of my friends on the veranda talking to his relatives and mates that lived 6 hours away! I though, "heck, didn't know they were visiting I clearly recognized all their voices... It sounds like a dream but i was conscious the whole time.
       About my mate jogging down the road, 2 hours later when i was up i saw him doing it for real da ja vu

A few weeks ago i dreamed about my brother driving his car over a bank and crashing it. Rang him up that night and learned that he had a very close call sliding off a bank in his car! Freaky

Sleep paralysis brings with it some interesting things.

One night before bed, I stated an affirmation that I would go out of my body.  Sure enough, that I night I became conscious to find myself being dragged by my feet out of body.  Some force was literally "running" while pulling me out.  I panicked and wielded myself back into my body.  Shortly after, I woke up feeling surprised.  It is frustrating because I got what I asked for, but got too excited and declined. 

Now the strange part is that while this is all happening, there appeared to be some "intelligences" in the room with me--though not necessarily paying any attention TO ME.  They were seated on a lazyboy chair some 8 feet away while this was all happening... I don't really know what they were, but from memory I could best describe them to being gnome-like-- though exhibited a quality that would suggest they might also be the energy bodies of small animals (Squirrell?).  It's really hard to say, really.  I have temporarily concluded that they were probably just an aspect of myself in some way...  I do have an aquarium and have seen the astral fish floating around the room & dream state from time to time, but this was not that at all.
