Anyone interested in forming a psychic army?

I know some astral warrior groups try to patrol an area, like a town, cruising the mirror astral world to this one.  Others try to patrol an area of the astral, going deep in the astral looking for areas of dark lucid intent.  I really don't know how well either of these work, but I know it is tried at least.  Most of what I have seen involves working on situations as they come up.  

BTW, is anyone here familiar with the Benandanti?  

The term Benandanti comes from sixteenth century Northern Italy and means "Good Walker."  These peasant folk believed that on the Ember Nights – the Thursdays of the four Ember Weeks – that they left their bodies and went as a spirit to fight opposing spirits over the fate of the crops.  These battles were said to take place in a secret location at the center of the world called the Valley of Josaphat.  The Benandanti were armed with fennel sticks, and the evil spirits (malandanti) were armed with sorghum stalks.  If the Benandanti prevailed, the harvest would be good.  If they lost, the particular crop would fail.  The Benandanti were usually men and identified at birth by being born with a caul.  The caul would be preserved and act as a talisman that allowed them to leave their bodies as a spirit and take part in the night battles.  At the age of twenty they would be "called" to attend the night battles.  After serving for twenty years they would no longer be required to attend.  Being born under the "Sign of the Caul" predetermined their fate in this regard.
 
The Ember Nights this year are March 13th, June 12th, September 18th, and December 25th.

The Ember Battles are still very much going on.  Quite a few contemporary astral warriors and astral warrior groups participate in them.  Might be a good place for those discussing an "astral army" to get their feet wet....

BTW - He's begun this army because of his dreams he said he had on this forum a while ago. Apparently other people have had the same dream, and they are a part of his army.

Everynow and then out of a weird type of curiosity I check out his site.  He's calling his army "thunder of something".  I think he'd have to be general though for him to join an army.  He even made a logo.. One guy in his army said he has 200 children followers and 2000 adults.

Hello all- Reading these posts makes me wonder- Why doesn't someone form a clan of experienced psychics who could be warriors or mercenaries and take out these negs and demons? Surely one demon cannot handle the power of our alliance. Even an army of them. With the power of God within us, we can rid people of demon attacks. We do not go in with the intent to fight demons, but rather to enlighten them. Shoot love at them- They hate it, don't they? And because demons are simply a conglomerate of weaknesses, they will suffer in the end. Our strenghts can overcome their weaknesses. does anyone have any thoughts on making an army of guards against demons?
