How do one leave body, without sp ? :)

Szaxx

Hi,
I can't remember ever having sp and have been out since 1964.
It's not really necessary, it depends on your technique though.
If you phase your signpost for exit is way past the sp point so its missed. On return some suffer and get scared. This is the problematic point but staying calm and trying to wiggle a toe seems the best action to fully return. You could always try to enter a dream too.
Do your thing and carry on with your technique ignoring this signpost, if successful your one of the lucky ones.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks for the help.

- But without Sp, how do i know when to exit ??

Hi,
Sometimes things are so real you actually think you're awake and physical. Until you start finding thing that are reality fluctuations.
Other times when using visualisations its obvious, you're in the scene created.
If you meditate to the darkness then you are in control.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

I used to promote a quick fire way to achieve Sleep Paralysis... it is very easy. Too easy.

I began with SP... and learned to use it as the springboard. But I didn't have the internet in the 80s nor anyone to talk to about it, so I sort of didn't have the same attitude towards it that people have today.

The problem is... it is cyclic and ends up being focused on too much. It is a good way to experience the non-physical, but unless you are comfortable with it from the onset, it isn't really a productive way of getting newbies into experiencing the wider consciousness. Just another hurdle.

I agree with Bedeekin. Usually SP is what causes people to create a fear scenario. You really have to practice quite a bit to get over this.

.... and unfortunately... these days... your young minds are blasted with so much pseudo information, bad science and a very low attention span that SP is a great medium to pick up this BS overload and decode it into perfectly rendered BS.

Learn to settle your mind with meditation... this will clear a path that will either lead to something happening (it has to) or will prepare the mind for being able to be in control non-physically.. including the event of SP happening.
