Just had to share this one.

Check this out, it's a free OOBE software that was designed to help you achieve a conscious sleep paralysis & OOBE. It uses a simple, yet effective idea. Read the info, it explains it all. The software has been tested and it WORKS.

Let me know what you think of it!

It's worth a try! Though this isn't the first of this design, but this is the first one I have seen with a voice guidance. Usually it's just an alarm to wake you up and you know know what to do by yourself.

Thanks for sharing the amazing software Embrace. I will definitely try it.

Very nice.   :-)

But I did want to point out one issue with your post there.
Simply put, sleep paralysis is definitely a good launch pad for projecting, but it's not, as you put it, "crucial" in order to project.

Many people project just fine, including myself, without ever having to worry about sleep paralysis.

Just thought I'd clear that up.

And Xanth... how many times do you think you have had to 'clear that up'?  :-D

I've been doing this kind of thing for a while with several alarms set on my phone. The only
problem I find is some mornings I simply turn the alarms off without even remembering it
and sleep through them, feeling totally disappointed in my apparent laziness later on.
However it has been the cause for most of my OBEs so far.

Forever +1  :)

any beginners who try to have their first OOBE often don't realize that it's crucial to achieve a full sleep paralysis in order to have an OOBE. Achieving a conscious sleep paralysis is incredibly difficult, as it requires a tremendous control over one's body and mind. - See more at: http://astralforum.org/oobe_inducer.php#sthash.oBoT5Iva.dpuf

I don't think its that difficult to reach sleep paralysis. With a bit of focus and relaxation i can get my self in a trance in 10 minutes, where my body feels paralysed.

Don't run too far, you will have to return the same distance!

I disagree with this.  I never get sleep paralysis and I often ap.  I would advise not to try to get sp as it is not a requirement to ap from it.  You can ap when you get sp but why go through that hassle in trying to get sp.

Bedeekin

I once would have said that SP was needed... only because from my point of view it's how I stumbled across OOBEs.

Another statement that's wrong in that quote (like Raymond says) is that it's 'incredibly difficult'. It's extremely easy and doesn't require an iota of 'control' over body or mind.

I actually haven't even bothered going to the link.

Per my above post, you won't find a link... probably ever again.

The forum where it was created and hosted is now permanently gone.
