As I understand it , sleep paralysis keeps your body from acting out your dreams . Hear is the wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis      Some call it the old hag syndrom , an old, ugly , woman is seting on you keeping from moving . It is covered in all or most a.p. forums and other new age sites . desert rat

Haha thanks. Sorry LH, I searched the forums with the search bar but only found stories of SP

 I just tried that search too and found that the stickies were near the bottom of the page in BOLD letters.

So, you would have had to read a number of stories before you got there, but that's ok too.

There's nothing wrong with reading "first person" accounts.
