Hi Steve,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse. There is a lot of great input here that has helped me. If you get a chance, take a look at some of the topics with a "Sticky" that begin the list in several of the forums (such as the Astral Consciousness forum). The moderator has kept those posts in place because of the good information in them.

Thanks Nick for the 'Sticky' tip. I'll definitely have a look at those posts.
.....and Noxerus, I've actually read Robert Monroes Journies Out of the Body. It was the first book I read about astral projection when I was about 9 or 10 years old.  I'll have to reread those again. It's almost like I feel more aware and focussed now, so maybe I will have more success with them. Thanks for your recommendations.

Hi everyone. I've just joined up and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Steve and I'm a 19 year old university student doing science.  I've always been interested in astral projection since I was 10 years old, but I've never yet been able to project.  I hope I'm still welcome, maybe I'll be able to become part of something that most people here experience with a bit of guidance.
