 I would hope that people wouldn't buy a Crystal online anywhere, period! 

You need hands on when choosing a Crystal or any power stone for that matter!

Some things can't be purchased on the internet or at least they shouldn't be!

I was reading some of the replies from the link that desertrat provided and I can't believe the ignorance of some of these people.

To say that crystals and other minerals have no special properties other that the ones you believe they have are downright ignorant.

I don't use any gems (though I do collect them to restart my pirate chest) or crystals for any aid but they all have unique properties and can channel energy in different ways. Some make great transistors while others are resistors, and some even magnify electrical current.

In this part of Arizona you can go out in the desert and pick up white quartz . A few people put it in there yards .  All or most of the new age shops have crystals for a few $ .  There was a place in Peoria AZ that had a crystal room . All kind of crystals . Some were for sale . For a few $ you could sit in the room . Its gone I dont know if it got set up some where else . An area known as saddle mt. is said to have an energy vortex  . I dont know if crystals have any thing to do with it . It is in Tonapah , about 50 mi west of Phoenix. Only a few people know of the vortex , or it would become another Sedona , filled with too many people .
