Ok guys.. here's the story.

I used to read a lot of info from Alfred Ballabene long ago and I've used to practice their methods with no success. Last night and with the aid of a post I've seen around in this forum nice things started to happen. I mean I was used to feel such things in the past but now they're happening kinda stronger and somehow different than before.

Started with the foamy earbuds and the Tinitus. In the beginning my purpose was to sleep, but listening the Tinitus it was kinda difficult to focus on the sleep. Then after that, everything was happening as usual..

Deep breath.. loosing the feeling of the body.. eventually fallen into some kind of trance where I wasn't able to listen the Tinitus and a great perception of everything happening while on the state. Strong vibrations, at some point I was bigger than everything then smaller than everything.. then POFF!! started to feel that moment when the eyes start to move fast and barely seeing (clear?) but anything.

Tonight I'm plannign to do it again with the earbuds so any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Keep doing what you are doing. It sounds like you are progressing great. Make sure you record all your "hits and misses".

Well, actually try to record everything you can remember. This will help you keep track of what is working and what isn't!

Thanks Lionheart.. Actually last night I couldn't but tonight I'm gonna try. Now and somehow, when I was about to project I must admit that my heart started to beat really fast and I do understand that this is (some kind?) of "emotion" or expectation when that happens.

How can you control that..??

It's basically another Fear test. OBE researchers have done tests on people while they were experiencing things like SP and have found that the only thing that registered differently of their body functions. such as heart rate, breathing etc. was their brain frequency.

You need to just observe it and keep going.

I could have sworn that it was my heart rate that was going up. It is indeed my heart chakra though. Yup, those brain frequencies are cool. =D I love the theta state

Fear test..?? OK! ...I think this deserves a little effort to explain.. Who's testing? Which purpose? Why a test for something who comes totally naturally when you're unconscious..??

You can look at this several ways. You can keep it simple and spend more time projecting or you can over complicate it and spend more time not projecting, or "trying" which some people call not doing.

Keep it simple and think of the test as just a personal triumph over something. Trying on clothes is testing which fashion you prefer. That's an easy test.

Or......you can think of the test as some super mystical prerequisite before becoming a traveler. This way you know that you are ready because some super being has imposed a roadblock that only a chosen few can get past. Those that make it have access to all knowledge and possibilities and will rule the world.

Now that's a cool idea but it just over complicates everything and may not even be true.

Sewing your entire wardrobe before you have any idea what colors or style you like is a much needlessly harder test but both ways can put a shirt on your back and get the job done.

It's like trying to drink water through your nose when you have a perfectly functional mouth.

I understand that it is great to try and understand everything you can about an experience before you actually have the experience but trying to do so can sometimes make it much harder on yourself.

Another analogy...think of it like trying to learn everything about another country before you visit it. You can spend years learning everything about the place including their native language and all the hotspots but you're only gonna be there a week and can only visit one place anyways. To top it off, you get there and learn that they already speak your language as well.

Now taking the time to learn anything is never a waste of time but it doesn't compare to just doing it.

Don't get frustrated and don't give up and we'll see you there. :-)

I apologize if all I have done is over complicate the issue.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.
