Nick

lucid dancer,

Thanks for the book recomendation. I'll look for Dream Gates by Robert Moss. I wish I had read this earlier because this morning I bought a book called Teach Yourself to Dream by someone called David Fontana. Not sure if that will turn out to be good or not. We'll see.

Very best,

If you're really interested in dreaming, read one of Moss' books. My favorite one out of the three is 'Dream Gates'. They are by far the best dream books I've ever read, and believe me, I have a ton in my collection. They're for the advanced dreamer, meaning you should have a little knowledge about dreams to understand his books.

He explains shamanism, spirit guides, animal spirit guides, symbolism, precognition dreams, sharing dreams, time travel, etc. He explains how to be a conscious dreamer, rather then a lucid dreamer. Do you know the difference? A lucid dreamer can control everything around him/her for entertainment purposes. A conscious dreamer will observe the environment, knowing that he can gain knowledge from it.
Don't buy this book if you believe dreams are mere visions in your mind, or random firings in your brain.
