Weird ki ball

It's quite normal. The ringing is just the everyday ringing you might hear randomly. When I was younger I used to get that ringing a lot, not it's less frequent.

The tingling feeling was due to Ki moving. You have recently started new so excessive Ki intake must have caused that. It felt peculiar to you because you are new to it.

I don't know the actual cause of the weird light and ringing noise but that might be related to the Brow chakra.

Did you ground before you tried the kiball? I also had a similar experience, with the ringing and the light. It was because I grounded too much at once. Usually, when you ground too much the energy simply goes out again, but this apparantly didn't happen to me that day..

It could also be viceversa. Maybe you couldn't take the kiball you made because of lack of energy, bringing you near to a burnout. Be careful..

Ok I know everyone is getting really sick of all these ki/psi ball posts

but I had a very odd happening I just started NEW yesterday and was able

to draw what I think was a lot of Ki so I thought I might try a ki ball
but when I did every bone in my body was tingeling twiching fingers

and I was stiff as a wood board and a weird light on and off ringing noise in the middle of my head is this normal or harmful
