Just incase some people don't know what A.D.D. stands for, it's Attention Deficit Disorder.

How come we only mainly hear of ADD in the US and not in the rest of the world...?  Personnaly, I am quite shocked/sadned when I hear that some (irresponsible/selfish) parents just drug their "hyper-active" kids into zombies to have more calm... [V]

Since ADD does not seem very compatible with concentration...  it might be a problem.  On the other hand, being full of energy, it can be good.  So, I don't know... [:P]

Haha, just last night i received my first vibrations. It was an incredible sensation, it didn't seem like only vibration for me. Although i would have to stay still to keep the vibrations going, and breathing even stopped the vibrations and this is a problem [8D] seeing as i need to breathe [:D].

And Ritalin and other ADD controlling pills are bad for you, their addictive over long terms of use as well. Taking drugs for this is wrong, you can easily learn to controll your ADD and it works. Concentration is not usually a problem for relaxing, mainly for certain things like teachers talking to you. Being bored makes it hard to concentrate but again, just controlling it helps, eventually your brain gets used to it.

I would advise not to pay attention to breathing; you might end up getting tensed...  Personaly, before each of my vibrations, all my senses just "shut-down".  I don't see/hear/feel anymore...  So I don't even know/feel if I am breating or not.

I supposedly have ADD.  I don't believe any word of it, because I really don't think I have ADD
I do sometimes have a runaway suface mind, but some sort of external stimulus like music helps (I can't stand complete silence)
Yeah, I was put on ritalin and other stuff like paxil and tenex.  Ritalin weirded me out an may have given me a little weight problem, paxil was the stupidest idea in the book, and tenex just knocked me out.  I honestly don't think medications help mental problems, but controlling these mental problems is the best way to go.  I myself have problems, I get to the point of having vibes, and something keeps coming into my mind and it blows the whole process out of the water on me.  It's annoying, but I will not succumb to any more medications.  I do not wish to be pumped up on some mind-control or whatever drug all the time.

"tenex just knocked me out" - that is quite disturbing, considering that Tenex is a brand of Eley ammo.

ADD is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a learning disorder, but once controlled it's just a rare mindset that you have. If you controll it enough, wouldn't you say that your more "advanced" or "evolved" than most people? You might even be an "Indigo Child" :O . ADD does get on my nerves sometimes at school, but i do think different and am more creative than most people, and my sense of humour is really good [:P] . I am acually glad i have it, it has taken me 15 years to realize i have it and now that i control it my grades are mostly A's, they used to be C's all my life.

I was wondering if any "Disorders" will effect Astral Projection (i don't like calling them disorders because i don't think they are at all). I have read that having ADD can make it more difficult for BrainWave stimulating "songs" to take effect. I have ADD and just wanna know if it will cause more difficulties, if there are any practices i could perform to help me out.
