The greatest enemy is not the one who is most powerful, its the one that will never give up!

Isn't it just facinating how well it works, By using Wu-Chi stances and some meditation you can increase chi flow and gather alot more chi.[:)][:D][:)]

No, dont do a horse stance to much tenssion and stress you need to stand loosely, let your knees slightly bend htey should do it on their own dont't force them two.Feel all the wait drop pased your knees and in to the heels and when you dotheses stances try to keep your feet flat. Force any move ments will disrupt chi flow but of course holding your arms up will take alittle getting use to since people dont often do this every day. Dont worry Ill put pictures up if you still get it, I've just been a little busy with home schooling, untill  heal and go back to school.[:(]

Shadow20205

Well there are the pics I said I would draw, sorry there so bad I was kinda in a rush.[:D][:)][:D]

Yeah, I tried these today since I had time.  I was fine on the first stance but I started shaking on the later ones.  I about died on the opening outward, my shoulders were on fire, but I got the whole 5 minutes in.  Man, it's gonna take some time for me to get past the 5 minute mark [;)]

edit: Also, the pictures don't load for me, so I hope I'm doing these right.

Actually, it's got nothing to do with muscular strength but everything to do with chi strength. ;)

Shadow20205

I would recommend it if you want more of an insight on it Chi Kung.[:)]

Shadow20205

well it does have alot to do with chi development, but it will strengthen you a bit, becuase most people are not used to holding there arms up for an extende period of time or being, in sort of, a Horse-Stance.[:)]

Are you talking to me or someone else? I already do Qi Gong since some years and I absolutely love it. :) It's good you're sharing the instructions, hopefully more people will try it and experience it for themselves.

Yes, meditation is a way of calming and clearing the mind.  A calm and clear mind can make the body work better.

when u use body circulation it causes pain throughoput the body by pinsan needles so how can u stop this???

KenYang

If you're in pain when you do an exercise, I suggest you first try taking the exercise slower.  You may be trygint to so things too fast which causes Qi to be forced through your body (which is bad).  So take it slower.

If taking it slower doesn't help, find another exercise that doesn't hurt you and practice it instead.
