Why we came to earth

It seems to me that most strong emotions drain my energy levels instead of enliven them.

Not so all the time, at least not with me.  Strong negative emotions, especially the unrelenting kind whether or not they come from within or an outside source DO make me physically tired.  They drain me and make me want to cocoon sometimes, to hibernate and wait the storm out, like you would a blizzard.  Consign yourself to the fact that the sh*t has hit the fan and there's nothing you can do about it (for now) so you pick a good snowbank, dig out a shelter and ride the storm out.  In the meantime my body will more often than not feel tired, drained and spent.  So I close my eyes and visit the dream world till the trouble's past me or I have enough energy to get out on my own.
 
But good, even aggresive, combative emotions, they fuel me.  They make me feel like a million bucks (probably from the endorphins), they allow me to focus in and ride it like a good marijuana high.  Kind of makes me feel like the WWE wrestlers must feel, except I don't have any entrance music... although I could use some.. lol!

Then there are times when I'm curious, mischevious and introspective.  This is where my creative side comes out to play.  I'm a real smartass when this happens, sly and jovial.  That's the best energy high I can think of.  It's not as HIGH as an aggresive, good, or combative one is.  But it's more sustained, a steadier ride than the rest and I feel like I'm on the ball completely when this happens.

So maybe we didn't just come here for the energy, maybe we came here for the emotions and experiances as well.  And to have one without acknowledging the other would be like saying, "yeah, we made it to Florida allright, but I don't remember how I got here?"
That would, (excuse the snowboard'sh tone)...for lack of a better word...SUCK!  Yeah man, it would suck allright!

i dont believe earth is the only one that causes emotions.
The Moon also has it's values in perception of emotions.
The moon is the one that has its legends of crazy effects on people too.

I'm sure by saying 'come to Earth'
They just mean, come to this physical plane of existence.
I would also have to say, that it is the 'Self' that causes
the type of emotion, and your perception of each experience.

I said earth because thats where most humans are (that I know about). Interaction with humans is one of the biggest causes of emotions. In astral, if you dont like something, you can leave, but on earth you must stay and it will tinkle you off more.

Emotions give me energy. When I think about any time I've had very strong emotions, my awareness level and my energy increase. Thats how I first met Tayesin in astral. Being controlled like we are on earth causes emotions. I think most of us came to earth to increase our energy, not to do something specific.

If you dont have enough energy, you cant astral project to escape earth. We could have come without enough energy to leave and be stuck here until we get more.
