I highly recommend "Journey's Out Of The Body" by Robert Monroe, for starters.  Then you can look into his other two books, which build off the first one.

And of course, get a copy of Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce.  []

  I really excited about OBE since i had one and want to do some reading. Any good recomendations??? I was thinking about going on Amazon and charging up my Credit card so let me know if you have read any good books on the subject as of lately. Thanks!
