i always thought that an aura was a little different than what we are seing. green i think means calmness or passiveness.

Hi majour ka,

It sounds as though you are achieving what Robert Monroe (Journeys Out of the Body, Far Journeys, and Ultimate Journey) referred to as Focus 12. That state where one has achieved mind awake/body asleep followed by swirling colors patterns and such.

Take a look at the Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum. In several of the topics there, you will find descriptions of the focus levels. I try to give a brief rundown in the topic by Adrian entitled Phasing Methods. You may recognize some of what you have been experiencing.

This is all very new to me.
I recently started medetating, if i do this directly before i go to sleep Ive started seeing brilliant colours in the dark, the colours swhirl in differnt shapes and are made up of dark blue, pale blue pink, violet, a rich green and gold, what am i seeing ??
I tried two nights ago to see the colours again, this time could only see green with fiant electric blue flecks, I looked at my hands and realised it was glowing from me ! aroud my arms hands legs and feet. Am I seeing my aura
