I didn't hear about changing the colour of eyes by energy - I lived it myself!
I believe that energetic manipulation CAN change the ton of brightness in your eyes and in your whole body.
Bio-kinesis practisers can do it and at all they can program their body parts.
I can make my eyes from Brown-green to Dark turquois! and it's easy, it even doesn't requires energetic skills at all. I developed this technique a year ago and I realized that my eyes changed their colour just 2 days ago.

My methode of changing the colour of my eyes is not connected to energy stuff at all.
I just make a movement in a special way, it's a technique that a part of it makes your blood flow very fast and your body gets red, your muscles get stronger and you are getting fired up.
When the blood reaches a certain level of hotness in your head, it makes your eyes change their thon of colour.

The pupils/irises are definitely connected with physiology:

Though that book is only introductory iridology,
it can guide intuition and lead to useful illumination

Something important to note:
However integrated the physiology is
is reflected in ths iris of the eye
by the 'tightness' of the iris strands
and the 'pureness' of the iris colour
and the 'twinkling' and 'focus' of the pupil
Thus one can note physiological signs and progress in the eyes
and also zero in on any 'weaknesses' via iris/pupil observation
Any dark discoloration in the iris means tissue toxicity
(black spots, yellow spots, ring around the pupil, etc)
The discolorations 'heal' as the corresponding tissues get stronger
I am personally witnessing changes in the fibers and color strength

changing iris colour means changing body chemistry
those with constantly changing irises have body chemistry in flux
I think* that an aim is to optimize and stabilize body chemistry
This is called the 'chemical-binding' aspect of the Work

Mistic: iris colour change does have to do with energy, think about it
when you make blood flow to the head, make the head warm,
you are effecting the whole body's chemical system
and in turn effecting the etheric/subtle body too


On a side note:
i tend to investigate irises in the dream world
cause i bet dream world irises abide by the same law-
that irises correspond to physiology/energy/chemistry

i am going to go off subject now.

I also want to mention that, I have more DEJAVU'S especially at the work place, the previous sentence just gave me a DeJavu because I thought I was sure i posted this in this forum before, but I havn't verified this.

anyways, my point is that increased Dejavu's is a side effect of spiritual work.

The Bible states that the eyes are the window to the soul.  So as we become enlightened (retain more light) the eyes naturally shine brighter.

like a week or 2 ago i got into ki... i made my first ki flame and did like 5 more that same nite. then i did 1 more and part of my vision was blocked. it was like, around the edges of my vision was white, but just on the sides. its like the things the horses wear on their head to see straight ahead, was how i saw. then when i turned on the lites, i could see perfect. but every time im in the dark, i get that white outline on my vision. i looked in the mirror and around the color part of my eyes was a thick black outline.....(?)

Fellow Forumers have any of you developed Shining Eyes and a bold eye line (like Egyptains) from OBE, Spiritual practice?

People have recently told me my eyes shine and they are bold, the dark part of my eyes is what shines. I think this is from the OBE and energy work that I have been doing these past couple of months.

I know many people's eye colors can change, but never heard of anything like this before.
