1st Experience - Ethereal Crystal on Third Eye

Greetings to all,

Lately I received an Ethereal Crystal Healing from a fellow on this forum,andonitxo,who has been attuned by Stefan Kammerhofer(Free attunements to many Energy systems http://www.xehupatl.com/).

He put an Ethereal Crystal at my Third Eye.I felt the energy starting to flow an hour before the attunements,and the feeling were becoming stronger as the time went by.The same night nothing notable happened...Just a bit pressure at that chakra.But I have had a very enlightening experience the other night.

I was seeing many lucid dreams during the night,the most conscious ones I have ever had.Suddenly about 2 hours before I usually wake up,I started to hear a male voice.It was so calm and was telling me information about my life's purpose!!! ...I tried to consentrate on it,but as I was waking up from sleep ,the voice started to disappear.I didn't move,for my astral body not to 'lock' on me,and I could hear the voice again.
This didn't last too long because my body was on the procedure of waking so when I finally woke up,I run,took a paper and wrote down as many information I could remember.

All the time I was hearing the voice,I was feeling energy going down my head and when the voice stoped,it was like a switch turning off and the energy stoped.

The pity thing is that despite I wrote many information,there are not of so many importance that the one's I missed   .I was told to meet a person,and was told his name but it is impossible for me to remember it.

That was my experience but beware...do not believe that if you have a session like mine would have the same results.Because it is a Reiki Healing session,the energy goes where it is needed.I surely recommend it and if it is possible to be attuned yourselfes if you gonna use it for your personal spiritual development.

I came along some very interesting information about a Holistic therapy named ''Rebirthing".It is being applied by a very famous holistic healer and author,Petrene Soames.Heres some info i gathered.

I was doing a little search recently and I have found some very interesting CD's that help in meditation and healing.Their author is Grand Master Choa Kok Sui,who has written many books about Pranic Healing.I have read very praising comments for his Meditation CD's and ,the one that all the most people know,is the Meditation on Twin Hearts.

Do you need to visualize in order for these CD's to have effect?

Finally last night I achieved my first fully conscious OBE after 8 months of trying...All this time I had some weird lucid dreams and some semi-conscious OBE,but nothing like what happened yesterday.

Usually before I go to bed,I plug my headphones to my MP3 player and i am hearing some BrainWave Generator presets for OBE's.I did this last night and i heard a Chakra stimulation and Balance preset.Its duration is 1 hour and during that i do some breathing exercises to relax and use the mantra Om to clear my thoughts.Nothing remarkable happened during this session and i felt asleep at 1:00AM.

Suddenly during my sleep i felt some kind of mental barrier to ''break'' and i woke up in a hurry.It was 4:40 AM and i was confused because i felt that it was morning,the usual time i wake up around 8:00 AM.

I closed my eyes again,and then all of a sudden my body felt to go in a deeper relaxed state and my body filled with vibrations.I started to float,with my astral eyes wide open and head for my room's door.I opened it and started to fly around my house's room and finally i went outside.I don't remember the exact details of what was happening,but in my mind was to go to a friend's house.Also I tried to go to bed but I was afraid to face my physical body laying down,because i have read that this could be a frightening experience...It is like you are dead.

I went back to my body twice and in the third time i projected,i went to the kitchen and could move any longer...I was being pulled back to my body because i think i run out of energy.Suddenly i thought came to me,like someone guiding me,that i should have my physical body layed down with my spine straight in order to project with greater success.

After that i fully awake.It was 6:20AM and slept until morning.

I am very happy that my efforts paid out,and i hope from this experience my OBEs to be more often and more vivid.Also I would like to tell to those who try and don't have immediate results ,as expected,they should never give up and have the intention when they try projecting that they will have an OBE.

Recently i was attuned to the Usui Reiki level 1 and i have been told by my Reiki Master that i can send Reiki to any situation in my life that i wish for.So i came up with the idea to send Reiki to me in order to achieve an OBE.Until now i haven't achieved a fully-conscious OBE and I look forward to try this method.I will post any results that will occur.Does anyone here have tried this and if yes,what 'phrase' did he use when he send Reiki to this state?

I came across some very interesting sites made by some individuals and they say they can attune you to Kundalini Reiki for free.The attunement is made from distance and i would like to know if anyone has tried this before.Also are these methods trustworthy?

Hello to all the community,
  The last 5 month i am trying every day to achieve an OBE and i think i have some good results lately.So here what happened to me this morning and i am skeptical about it.
   While i woke up,i standed still and i tried to achieve an OBE.I got really well and after 3 minutes i was out of my body.Although i am not so advanced in the technique,I don't usually have fully consciously OBE's.I usually achieve partial vision and i don't control completely my astral body.
   So after a while i felt some very tight bindings all over my astral body,like i was surrounded by ropes that bind my arms,legs,chest and head.I tried and removed them using my astral hands but after a while i felt like they were growing and binging my body again.I had this bizarre feeling again 2 months ago and i really believe this is something that hold me back.
   Does anyone had any similar experience in the Astral or have any clues what might that be?..I would appreciate very much any help

Hi to all,
  A year ago i had an accident while playing football and i had a major injury on my right ankle.I had to be treated for one and a half month to recover from it and i was said if an injury in that place of the body occurs again i must go to surgery.The last month i experience pain at my ankle and i think there is an anomaly while i walk.
Any distant healing would be acceptable.I live in Greece and i cant find any healer here.Also I would like to experience how Reiki healing is.

Hello to all the AstralPulse community,
   Recently I have found a Reiki teacher and I wish to learn from her the Reiki Level 1 attunement.I read somethere that during the session the practioner's body is being cleaned from any energy blocks and is being attuned to the Reiki source.As i can guess,maybe i am wrong,the cleaning prosedure is based on the chakras and so,is it dangerous for someone that is not ready yet,to receive some bad side-effects from this?..To understand what i mean,if someone's third eye is activated,shouldn't this be severe to his mental health if he is hasn't open the heart chakra first??..Also can the kundalini rise if all the chakras are cleaned,and cause some bad results if the person is not in the proper mental state??

The last few months i have been in search for lots of psychological and para-phychological issues according enlightment.In this search i came across the word ''Karma'' and its meaning.Althought i was not a spiritual person the most of my life,according to what i have found it made me believe that there is something more in this life than what our eyes can see.
So i start searching my geneological tree more for any karmic chains according to my family name.And i found something amazing.I believe,because there are no prouf other than my name and my country origin(Greece),that i belong to the House of Atreus,a family tree cursed by the gods.
 So i want to know if there is a way for someone to be released by any karmic connection regarding past lives.Is Karma release so important for someone to become ascended and can it be cleared using meditation on it?

HI all

I have a little problem with my vision when i OBE...
Actually i havent achieved yet a fully consious OBE but every time i get a nap on evening i get really strange dreams of flying around my house.These are not very lucid and i get the feeling that i can see only from my right eye and it is half closed.This gets my vision really restricted to a minimun range.Somewhere i read that if u spell in your mind,while in OBE, the words ''Vision Now'' many times,the problem might resolve...But this didnt help me.Does someone have any suggestion how i can get a clearer sight??

A have a question that is bothering me.In order to achieve astral projection is it necessary for a person to have his Third Eye 'open' or it does not matter?Also does the chakras have to be balanced in order to project?
