Thank you Tides2dust. Yes, this is the projection I mentioned. The common dream pattern certainly could be a universal synchronicity. Reminds me of my brother and I, who on occasion, have detailed shared projections that are not just similar but identical. As I have always said in this world, I don't believe in coincidences.

Hi Tak,

Glad you enjoyed reading about my experience! It was an interesting one, that's for sure. So many of my experiences involve lessons, but this one felt like a reward of exploring a distant world.

Off Planet Cove

I had an interesting AP a couple of weeks ago. I meditated early morning around 6:00 am for what felt like 10 or 15 minutes then went into a deeper trance. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to differentiate between a deep trance and slipping into a sleep state. Regardless soon after, I appeared to have phased off planet.  It felt like I went from a meditation/trance state to an alien planet lagoon almost instantly. It wasn't a long nap that led to  in REM sleep then to a dream. Things happened too quickly. I didn't have any precursor energy surges, but sometimes I don't.

I was walking the shores of a freshwater cove, complete with alien trees and lush vegetation. All colors were hyper detailed. The cove was deep, crystal clear and had a thriving pure water ecosystem.  It had alien fish (neon blue) and elaborate alien crustaceans, roughly the size of very large lobsters but looked very jagged like arctic species do. I had an odd instrument with me that was used to capture the fish/crustaceans. It looked like some form of fishing rod that I have never seen before. The device was very high tech, and was comprised of beautiful wood and silver metals. It was a hybrid device that was both mechanical and electronic.

During the projection I told myself "not a good idea to capture these, because I do not have an immune system that could fight of any alien life pathogens". This told me that I knew I was off planet as I was logically assessing risk. So I walked around the lagoon's shore, but took a misstep into the water ankle deep.  When my foot stepped into the water I grew concerned I was exposed to pathogens.

It is so interesting that I instantly knew I was off world as my thinking processes was completely different in this projection vs a low level dream state. I had that high reasoning/thinking awareness as I pondered the risks of being off planet and to take all necessary precautions. I should have known better that while projecting there is no risk of viral, bacterial or parasitic infection.

This was a very detailed projection that felt incredibly alive and was no different than looking into a crystal clear large extremely colorful salt water fish tank here in the physical world. Except here it was fresh water lagoon in a massive natural ecosystem. This projection has stayed with me several days now, which is one of many criteria I use to determine the level of projection that I had. It also had a very high reasoning/thinking level of awareness and high level emotions, in this case excitement to explore. Many projections I experience have deep and meaningful learning experiences, but this one felt like I was on vacation to explore a distant world.

In the physical world I also feel the energy of others. Sometimes it's a good sincere and loving energy. Sometimes it's a neutral feeling, but occasionally it's a feeling of ill will or insincere intentions. This malevolent energy is the easiest feeling/energy to read.

The question is, is the production/emitting of my internal energy and the feeling/reading of other people's energy related? I assume so. As Dolores Cannon said that living here in the physical world is all about manipulating [fine tuning] our energy.
#230
That rings very true, especially of late.

Energy continues to be a barometer for my metaphysical activity. Both activities are incredibly linked together, and is such a reassurance that what I am seeing and feeling is real. A beautiful synergy which I feel very fortunate to experience. One without the other would not be as impactful to me. Occasionally they come individually, but mostly together.

This is another excellent video taking on the "Are Dreams Real" question.

Fortunately I am quite the opposite of what you experienced. When spiritual activity started earlier in my life (over 30 years ago) I immediately read the Monroe Journeys book. Even more importantly, over the past 1.5 years of a steep spiritual ascension process, I had tremendous drive to learn all I could. The effort I put in was no different than when I was in college or even grad school. I made it a huge priority, as what could be more important and meaningful than to learn everything possible relative to what I was being allowed to see and experience? The physical world and our ego likes to try and distract us, but I was not going to let that happen.

About 9 posts above, I was discussing the tunnel of light. I just came across this video. This is very similar to what I experienced during my first projection (that was not a medical incident induced). The tunnel I experienced had some  blue hues and the brighter white light extended into the foreground more as well, making it a bit more inviting and beautiful. I was also traveling a fair amount faster through the tunnel as well, but overall the feeling I get watching this does bring me back to the experience.

Interesting... The other day I had a projection off world where pathogens were a concern. Perhaps I will post about it in a bit.

Here is an interesting Next Level Soul podcast with the guest Grandmaster Wolf. He is an advanced martial artist and mystic. A very interesting story about his life's journey and spiritual development. The podcast host (Alex Ferrari) was deeply tied to Hollywood and movie writing/movie making until spirit sent him on this path.

All good points. AP has answered the biggest question that I have had since I can remember, what happens to us when we die? Reading about it in the Bible is one thing but experiencing it is quite another. We live on. It has brought deep meaning to the past, present and future physical life and the infinite spiritual existence all at the same time. The state of mind before experiencing an AP event and after are completely different. Existence takes on an entirely new meaning without the confines and restrictions of the physical form's limited viewpoint.

Very nice analogy LB. While playing our avatar it is important to remember to forgive other avatars along the way, and to be grateful for the life we are allowed to live through this avatar, and to not judge others we encounter despite the temptation to do so.  These can be so easily overlooked when we deal with life's challenges. Here are three brief videos that are helpful to those struggling with this.

Dolores Cannon was a big proponent of breaking free from those that harm us, even family. She of course encouraged one to visually and mentally tear up the soul contract that ties two people together in an unhealthy relationship. In doing so we must forgive, then move on. It is helpful.
#240
I know all too well what it's like when family acts this way. It is not easy. Even for family, establishing boundaries can be essential.

LB, when I go to the snowy mountains to ski, I feel exactly how you did at your vacation by the sea. It is just so peaceful, beautiful and serene up there. It is easier to live in the moment while in these settings. I also get this experience when I am in a long hike in the woods or by/on the ocean. When the environment get too congested and touristy it pulls me out of the moment.

Yes, I understand how the core of this theory that matter is only experienced when observing it, which is why I had such a difficult time processing this premise long ago. To me this takes the experiments elaborated on one step further and broadens things a bit. Walk into a room alone with no one else observing it, and the room materializes and takes shape just as we enter it. Leave the room, once again with no observers, an it dematerializes. Quite mind boggling as it appears directly related to all things manifestation.

Even today manifestation is a tough one for me, but I understand it and don't discount its validity. For me and based on my experience, there is a set path that has little deviation ability no matter how much we are aware of this path, and no matter how much we identify certain obstacles we end up having to face them. Let's call this the trunk of the tree, the main track we are on. This is the path and experiences we may have agreed to before coming here. Then there are the variants we can alter, let's call these the branches of the tree. This is where the power of the mind/consciousness comes in, manifestation, the theory of like attracts like. Others may have a different experience altogether and were successful at changing the trunk, which is no easy task. This is just what I have experienced with my life so it resonates strongly with me.

Many years ago my brother and I used to call Biocentrism theory "the wink in and wink out theory". Not dissimilar to a video game where there is not enough memory in a computer or the software design is such that the program only draws or creates what the gamer sees at a given time. The rest of the game's level is not rendered until we observe it and "play" that portion of the game.

Thanks for the YouTube embedding suggestion, that presents better.

Long ago I learned about the theory of Biocentrism. Though having an opened mind, I was fairly quick to discount it. The more I learn and experience of late, the more meaningful the theory is.

Linked below are two interesting videos. The first is short video on Biocentrism theory. The second is a bit longer and elaborates on the double slit experiment and a fascinating variation of it. It really points towards consciousness and mere observation impacting matter and the physical world as we know it. Consciousness's impact on the spiritual/metaphysical world was easier for me to accept, and grasp than its influence on the physical world. Even skeptics will raise eyebrows with the 2 scientific experiments in the second video, where just observation alone influences matter and the outcome.

I do understand the concept that time is not linear in the multiverse. So perhaps that applies when looking at all lives in unison, or perhaps when describing time in the higher planes. As it pertains to my present life, a microcosm approach, as it influences the here and now, time is very much alive past, present and future. Delving into and reflecting on the past can supplement the present in a good way, but often it doesn't as humans tend to reflect on negative experiences more often, which is unfortunate. Same with fear or concern for the future.

If we can control the negativity and focus on relevant neutral or positive reflections past, present and future, then it's a win-win. If not, then living in the present appears to be "the safer place" to be. If processing past experiences properly, i.e. limiting regrets, and forgiving those that need to be forgiven etc...then perhaps reflecting on the past is no longer negative, and less often needed. Once again, positive and relevant reflections on past events can bring additional and positive meaning to the present. That is just my thoughts, and based on my experiences. Very curious what LB has to say about your question.

I would like to make an important follow up post. When I posted the above on Sept 29, this had a ripple effect on my spiritual progress. I asked God to show me something very meaningful or take me somewhere of importance to assist in my progress. I asked this because I have been getting lots of interim tests lately, which is fine, but I thought I was ready for another leap forward.

Well, that night I projected into the past meeting one dark individual who apparently I had not completely forgiven and another interest of which I harbored some regret. The following night, another projection meeting an individual from my distant past where there was some level of additional forgiveness needed. When we think we have sorted the past out and are living (for the most part) in the moment, spirit has a way of rearing its head and giving us a nudge towards unfinished business. Only then can we move forward.

It goes to show you how posting a new thread, responding to posts, and even passive reading on The Pulse "directly" impacts all aspects of ourselves. Everything is connected, including us.

I have seen lots of videos over the years depicting souls leaving the body. Here is a nice video that puts many of them in on one place. The video also discusses how this relates to astral projection. Pay particular attention to #5 at 20:20 which is filmed in Japan. Interesting how the soul sits up, which is also an astral projection technique to separate from the physical body. Of course there is always the risk that some are fake, but many are undoubtedly real.

Here is a video of Anne Heche's tragic demise. The question is, did Anne take refuge in the illusion of spirituality as a means of coping with the tragedies and challenges in her life? Or was spirit really reaching out to her, as a result of these challenges (which is often the case)?

Here is an interesting video on the Astral Plane. It's the 1st part of a 3 part series. I haven't watched part 2 or 3 yet.

To be mindful to me, is to live purely in the present and not the past or future. This is a state of experiencing the present and being content with it, (good, challenging or indifferent) with no overly critical thinking that plunges us into worry, concern, guilt or regret past or present or future. It seems odd, but in some ways, mindfulness is a state of no mind.  The constant revisiting of the past and concerns for the future pollute the present and bring us into a state of what I call "causal looping". This only degrades our appreciation for the present moment. If we are not careful, the logical analytical mind can get us into trouble.

I agree with LB, when I am in a deep meditation, in an OBE or in an AP I am in this state. This state can also be entered into with various sports and activities, especially at advanced levels. It also can be entered into with a long walk in the woods, a walk down a city street or even a nice exercise workout. To the contrary, a golfer who is having a bad round, and is whining, upset comparing his present performance to the past, and worrying about his future in the sport is the polar opposite state than that of mindfulness. Do you think the golfer is mindful of the beautiful day, content in the moment, with appreciation of his life, health and fact that that he is playing the sport he loves? Obviously not. Perhaps if he didn't fall into the trap of such comparison and analysis he would have turned things around and had a wonderful day.

Bruce Lee made a very powerful mindfulness analogy when he compared it to water. "Empty your Mind and be water". Water flows and is manipulated by objects it comes into contact with. It lives and is shaped in the present. The future and past are irrelevant to water. Bruce was making this analogy to address the importance and need to dissolve one's ego self, where you can then observe every situation and experience in the present. You in essence become and live in the present, just as water "becomes the teapot". Water is formless and only takes form in the present moment as it observes, experiences and is influenced by its surroundings.  It does this without judgment and over analysis. Water is not concerned about what shapes or trajectories it has taken in the past or what it will take in the future. Lastly, Bruce says "water can flow or crash". The emptying of your mind in martial arts is when one enters "the flow state". This flow state is where all analysis is gone, one lives in the moment, a feeling of oneness takes over, and ironically performance is peaked. The water crashing state is the polar opposite.

There is a lot we can learn from this water analogy as it applies to life in general as well, but being mindful in the present is something to always be aware of and work on.

I have seen many videos discussing the stages of spiritual awakening. I think this is a very good and comprehensive one. It will be helpful to those in the process. I like Jade's channel generally, but she can be a bit forward and occasionally discusses the darker side of things. Overall, she has some interesting videos.
