Hi everyone,

Here's what I've learned to do regarding phasing or focusing my attention away from the physical and into the nonphysical, to explore the afterlife. From what I've been able to determine, we can use whatever methods seem to resonate with us...but I have discovered that becoming acquainted with and *feeling*  the stages we use to  get into the afterlife can be important. Also, paying attention to what we're *feeling* while in the afterlife, using the nonphysical senses, is just as important. In the beginning of exploring I subscribed to the, "if I can't see it I don't believe it" idea,  and my progress was slow. But this is how we learn: by just doing it, going there, learning first hand.

I started in the late 80's with the TMI Gateway tapes and used those methods (but at that time I thought I had to go OOB to explore) but discovered two years ago that Bruce Moen's simple techniques worked much better for me. I spend less time now preparing to go into the afterlife and get much better results while there, including many afterlife experiences wherein I was able to get verifiable info to really prove to myself that all this was very real ( I was a major skeptic til I got irrefutible proof that even I couldn't somehow rationalize away!---LOL!).

There are 4 basic steps I use to focus attention away from the physical to explore within. **And just a quick note here to Focus 15---when you attend Bruce's workshop soon he'll not only explain these steps  (plus additional techniques) but guide you and the small group into them, several times as you experience afterlife journeys. I'm just a student of his and believe me, he's the teacher and a good one. What I'm describing here is a brief overview---at the workshop you'll get a much more in-depth idea and feel from him on these steps.**

Step 1--Breathing for relaxation
Step2--Energy Boost
Step3-- Filling with love for better perception
Step4--Placing Intent

Step1---Sitting in a chair or lying down, I close my eyes and begin to gently breath in (let your inhale be normal) and as I feel my lungs fill I then gently roll that inhale into a gentle exhale (once again just exhale normally--no forceful breathing, just let each inhale flow into an exhale and gently loop back again). I do this 3 times or as many times as needed so that when I FEEL myself relax (which is a slight phasing or shift of attention in itself) I then can move on to the next step.

Step 2---In this relaxed state, see  with your mind's eye or feel a large pool of sparkling clean energy below you. As you begin to gently inhale, breathe in and see this energy enter your feet and travel up through your body and out the top of your head...and then see this energy curve out and down back to the pool below. Repeat this 3 times, cycling the energy back up through you and back down to the pool,  or as many times as you want. Now see a large pool or body of sparkling energy above you. At the top of your head locate or feel  a spot, perhaps where the center may be...and then as you inhale, breathe in and see this energy enter that spot and travel down your body, exiting your feet...arcing back up to the pool above. Repeat this 3 times or as many times as you feel is good for you.  When I do this I choose to see the cycling energy as something similar to what fireworks sparklers look like when used at night. This is just my preference. What's important is what this does for us regarding gathering energy: it's a great boost. You may want to pay attention to what this feels like too.

Step 3--I know there's been a lot of misunderstanding regarding the use of 'love' in afterlife exploration. I for one, years ago, literally got tired of the word because it was over used, misused perhaps. When Bruce talks about PUL, pure unconditional love, he's not saying to get emotional, sappy or sexual...and especially, he's not talking about intellectualizing it, or seeing love as a concept. Experiencing emotions or other feelings can be the results OF accessing this energy. Bruce  learned in the afterlife that unconditional love is a real energy/consciousness...quite possibly the energy/consciousness that we not only come from, but it's what we are, now. Being the kind of explorer that has to prove to herself through direct experiencing what is real or not,  I have accessed this energy many times, not only to improve my perception for exploring, but to help others while There and even in my conscious physical daily life...and it's impossible to explain the experiencing of it: it's something that has to be directly experienced to KNOW what it really is. While in the afterlife I have unexpectedly been on the receiving end of this energy and it was without a doubt the most incredible knowing/feeling I've ever experienced.
How to access it is not difficult. This energy/consciousness is not exclusive: it does not belong to the 'spiritually advanced'...it belongs to all of us. And once again, FEELING it is the key.
Remember a time when you either felt love for someone or something, or a time when you felt loved by someone. Feel that love and hold it within you, let it build as you recall more moments or people you've loved or been loved by. Bruce recalls the love he felt for his newborn babies when he held them for the first time in the hospital. I always bring to me the love I have for my husband and two chihuahuas, as well as the love I felt from my mother. Whatever works for you---just FEEL  this love and let it build up and remain within you.  I could go on and on about the numerous benefits from accessing this energy, especially for afterlife retrieving and exploration, but it's something each preson has to experience, to understand.

Step 4-- When I was using the TMI Gateway tapes over 13 years ago, if I had known then what I know now about the placing of intent, I never would have spent so many hours hanging out in that inner 3D blackness--while using a tape---waiting for something to happen. I would get to a focus level and then just wait for someone or something to happen, having no idea that all I had to do was mentally state my desire---where I wanted to go, what I wanted to do. Now I know that placing intent is a simple thing to do. Actually we do it constantly and really never give it much thought.
What Bruce calls, The Little Finger Exercise: this is where I am now going to FEEL that place within where we actually place the intent for anything. I use this everytime I want to place the intent to explore because it works. As I remain relaxed, knowing I'm going to move, say, my index finger in a few seconds, as I approach that moment of actually moving my finger I first just feel and become acquainted with that area within where we make things happen. Some people 'see' color or perhaps an image, some just feel that inner place. At Bruce's workshop I 'saw' a soft orange color (why I don't know)...but most importantly, I became acquainted with what that area of consciousness *felt like*. And when you're there, move your finger. And then do it again but instead of moving your finger, place your intent (desire) on where you want to go in the afterlife, who you want to meet, etc.  I must say here that I don't feel I'm explaining this step well....but I hope you guys can get the drift. There are times in the afterlife when I just relax and send out a mental statement.....place my intent. I hope I'm not making it seem more difficult than it actually is. I think Frank has a good handle on intent---perhaps he can explain this better.

So this is pretty much what I do each time I want to Phase or Focus My Attention and move into the nonphysical.  There are a few more techniques I learned, such as Heart Intelligence, but this is probably enough.

My Focus 27 special place:
Two years ago while reading Bruce's first book, he descibed creating his own special place in F27. Since I was so anxious to get going with exploration (and especially since I discovered through his books that anyone could visit all the focus levels at anytime, and that OOBEs were cool but completely unnecessary to explore and retrieve), I decided that if he could create his own place, so could I. Once placing the intent to go to F27, I was then in that 3D blackness,  just floating.  I decided to *trust* that my intent was the key in getting me there, to F27. I then borrowed the image of a city park I had loved as a child, complete with pond, trees, a park bench, grass, sunshine....and just 'saw it there' in front of me. I then walked into it. I sat on the bench and felt the wooden slats on my butt. I felt the soft moist earth and grass between my toes. I looked at the sun twinkling between leaves and branches above. I sat and looked at the water, and then decided on what flowers I wanted and where. I played with different kinds, on that first visit as well as later. All I had to do to return to my park was to just place the intent to be there (and it really helps to recall the feel of the place  too---this is another Bruce technique but I don't want to overload here). Thought, intent.. creates matter and all dimensions, physical and nonphysical.

All righty then...it's late and I hope I've been able to explain well enough. Sorry for the screwed up replies to the wonderful posts from you guys. What can I say?---I'm a certified computer dummie!----:O)

Much love and happy trails,

Ginny

Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Doing retreivals
November 14, 2002, 19:37:57
Hi everyone,

I've been asked to share about retrievals, how to do them, what they're all about. Although I've been assisting in retrievals in  the afterlife for almost two years I'm still learning as I go...and expressing myself with words is not my first language---LOL!. So it's my hope I explain well enough here and since so many of you guys seem to be adept at traveling the afterlife in one way or another, I'll dispense with how I get to the afterlife and just explain, from my own experience, what I do to participate in what I feel is a wonderful service. If anyone wants to know how I, in an awake and fully conscious state of mind,  tune my Focus of Attention away from the physical in order to explore the nonphysical and help in retrievals, just give me a holler.

What I've learned so far in my afterlife travels is that most people, upon dying, go where their strong beliefs/desires take them.  Some though end up getting into an afterlife situation Bob Monroe, Bruce Moen and other afterlife explorers have labeled as 'stuck', in an area of afterlife consciousness known as Focus 23. Generally, people in this area of consciousness, Focus 23,  are for the most part isolated and think  they're still alive, in the physical. For instance, when a person dies suddenly, unexpectedly...they may end up in Focus 23 and be in a state of bewilderment, having no idea they actually died. Some folks who believed while in the physical there was no life after death may be there as well, or children who had not formed enough beliefs to know where to go upon dying and so now wait in Focus 23 for their parents to come get them. I'm only giving just a few examples of the many reasons why people end up in Focus 23, but noneltheless, they are almost always isolated and thinking they're still alive. ..and it's this 'thinking they're still alive' that at times causes a problem for them. Since they 'think they're still alive' they simply do not notice or become aware of loving Helpers, Guides, or even a deceased family member, trying to get their attention...so they remain isolated and stuck. This is why retrievers-- physically alive people--can at times be of great assistance to helping these people, along with Helpers, out of that isolation and onto better places. Retrievers have a 'still-in-the-physical feeling/presence' about them that these stuck individuals feel/ recognize and respond to, only because they themselves *believe they are also still alive and in the physical*.  All a retriever need do is feel out the stuck person's situation (introduce yourself, get a feel for why the person is stuck, play along with their thinking/believing until you become aware of any advice from Helpers etc) and help them simply become aware of Helpers.  In most cases it's not difficult to introduce them to a 'friend'  you have with you, a Helper  (this could be a Helper you traveled with to Focus 23 or one who's presence you felt after arriving there, or your own Guides, etc)  who can then take them to a better place.  Once the stuck person is *aware* of the Helper(s) they are definitely in good hands. Helpers will most likely already know the needs of each stuck individual and be prepared to assist them in where they need to go etc. And by the way,  Helpers are people in the afterlife who have at some time experieced being human in the physical,  just like us, but who now have chosen to be of help to those who need it There. They always work and assist others, from the heart, from a place of unconditional love.

The best way I can think of, for anyone to begin participating in retrievals, is once you've  gone through your preparatory process  to move into the nonphysical, or you've already moved into it, then place the intent (strong desire/thought) to either be in F23 to assist a stuck person, or place the intent to be with a Helper/Guide to help a stuck person. I prefer meeting with Helpers and following their lead but go with whatever feels best to you.

I'm sure you guys already know about the senses we're all learning to use in the afterlife, but I just thought I'd throw in that often I don't "see' in 3D while There,  as we see in the physical. I may get fleeting images of hazy or bright figures, but what's important, at least to my learning, is to be open and pay attention to feelings, thoughts, impressions, knowings, that come to us. Helpers will do all they can to help you, epsecially when first learning about retrieving, and I have also found that the act of placing intent always works with anything: it has to. So, if I'm seeing or experiencing something in Focus 23 I don't understand  I just * let the image go and ask for better understanding*....and my mind will work harder on perceiving and interpreting more accurately what or who is nearby.

Hope I've explained this okay...and thank you all for the warm welcome.

Much love,

Ginny

Hi everyone,

Frank asked if I would start sharing a few retrievals and afterlife explorations here at this interesting forum. Below is a retrieval that took place earlier today, while I was in what Robert Monroe and others have labeled (a specific place of consciousness in the afterlife)  Focus 23...generally a place where some, upon dying, get stuck in a state of isolation there due to fear, or lack of afterlife beliefs, or sudden traumatic death causing confusion etc. F23 almost always means that people there are alone and think they're still alive and so are simply not aware of loving Helpers or Guides trying to get their attention and help them move on. Because they think they're still in the physical (beliefs are powerful!) they only recognize or notice retrievers, or persons visiting there who actually are still alive in the physical. So in such an afterlife place as F23, physicaly alive people who go there are at times greatly needed to assist Helpers in simply getting the deceased person's attention...and from there once the person becomes aware of Helpers  the retriever's work is done.

Just to clarify how I explore and retreive in the afterlife, I don't use OOB methods, nor do I use any kind of tapes or machines. The folks at Bruce Moen's website, Afterlife-Knowledge, feel that 'whatever works' to enable folks to explore the afterlife is all that's important (whether it be Hemi-Sync, OOB methods or what I do, simply focus attention away from the physical and use *intent* to navigate...or also known as Phasing), and  it  has been my preferred method to use the simple techniques Bruce Moen teaches to explore. Simply put, if you're human, you already have the ability to explore. We're each born with what I call 'the innate ability' to explore and move from believing to *knowing* that we're all so much more than the physical.

So, thanks for listening and thanks to Frank for the invite----:O)

Much love,

Ginny

I arrived in F23....blackness all around....then saw  the back of a man sitting a few feet away from me. I picked up on this individual sitting under a large tree, in shade. I didn't  receive anything else so walked softly around to his left (didn't want to alarm him for some reason) and said hello. It seemed he was startled at first but for some reason he wasn't that alarmed...as if there was something about me that registered 'safe'. He was carving,  whittling something,  and it then came to me that he was working with a knife and a  small piece of wood. He went back to his carving as if my presence there wasn't all that strange for him.

I sat down near him and asked what he was doing. He communicated he was making a whistle. He held up what looked like a small, slender piece of white wood and it did look like an unfinished whistle.

The area around us then suddenly seemed to materialize and I could see an open field of green grass, trees, some wooden fencing beyond, and several human bodies just lying around... and within a second it came to me that this  was the aftermath of a battle. The word 'confederate' boldly came through....as well as 'brigade'. I asked him why he was here---who was he waiting for? What came back was in essence his desire to wait for reinforcements: another troop perhaps that would take care of the soldiers killed. He also felt he'd be needed to  identify many of the dead. I then had the feeling that there must be something about my appearance that said, 'confederate',  to him but didn't take a moment to look at myself. I did communicate to him though that I too was a confederate and he seemed to accept this---(or perhaps he had already assumed I was one and was possibly wondering why I had to announce that?---LOL!) Anyway, I  asked if he had been injured and he shrugged, saying. " I took a bullet  in my right arm". It was not a life threatening situation as far as he was concerned.. and he didn't want to show me the wound.

I then told him that I was a part of the group that was here now, to relieve him of this duty...and he shook his head, indicating he must remain and make sure his comrades were properly taken care of.  I was then hit with the knowing that he was holding onto a great deal of guilt and in waiting for more information on that, from nearby Helpers, I then understood that he had been on guard duty prior to the battle.  He had either fallen asleep or not followed through with his duties at  some point, and his brigade was ambushed,  pretty much wiped out. A part of being on guard duty had involved the use of whistles (this seemed really odd to me but I didn't question the information, or perhaps I misunderstood, but something about the use of whistles came up more than once) and that he had not used a whistle (?)  to sound an alarm or signal to the soldiers of impending danger.

I suddenly felt and then saw more than one Helper arrived and approach him (one had a 'field doctor' presence to him). I told him help was here now and  he probably needed to see a doctor about that wound. The Doc Helper bent over him and began communicating,  so I remained still, knowing he was now in good hands and would be leaving this isolation soon. I eventually moved away and out of F23 and returned to full waking consciousness.

Ginny,
That story was delicious. Teehee. I have to thank you for posting on your process to eliminate your past beliefs and fears. The link you also attached is greatly appreciated. Just lately, I've noticed...especially being on this forum...that there have been a number of clues or hints to questions that have plagued my mind for a while. I feel as though I'm on the track to moving ahead and your posting on releasing detrimental beliefs was huge. People have conditioned me before with the ideas of demons and etc and they have haunted me to this day. No longer, thanks to you...as i feel your vibrational presence with me.
Thanks,
Rusty

Rusty,

And that's exactly what it is: conditioning...other people's fear-based beliefs.

The only time I have ever run across anyone or anything one would call a 'demon' or 'Neg', was when I intentionally did so, and what I encountered were addicts, people who've narrowed their focus of attention so much that all they can be aware of is their addiction. The only power they have comes from *people fearing them, others thinking they have any power in the first place*. So guess who they're attracted to?--people who believe they're dangerous and powerful...and the game starts all over again. When they're simply seen for what they are it's sad. And the only 'thing' I've ever picked up from being around such addicts is possibly a residual of their energy, and it's easy to unload it. As a matter of fact anyone can decide ahead of time that all energies not theirs, that they may encounter, will simply pass through them while in the nonphysical.

For me, it's a state of mind...always. A state of heart. The old saying, "Attitude is Everything"---yep!--:o)

Have fun and much love,

Ginny

Thought that might get your attention!

I woke last night with the vibrations/pounding 3rd eye etc which for me usually precedes some kind of phasing experience.

I then appeared outside my home, and in the park. I live near a large city park, but although I could recognise the area due to its geographic shape, it was quite different. The trees and plants looked different somehow. I walked to the top of the hill and couldnt believe my eyes. In the distance there were several large dinosaur like creatures grazing and moving through the landscape... However, when I looked closer, some of them looked like they might have fir, so perhaps they were large mammals of some kind.

Anyway, my immediate reaction was 'er....no, this..isnt happening... this has got to be some kind of mad dream'.
I recognised the area as the park but its like Iv'e been transported back a few aeons of prehistory.

I tried to 'wake up' but instead my awareness increased even more, so that the whole reality of the situation pressed in on me.

It was at this point that I found myself surounded by a group of apes/gorillas! They were all fully bipedal and upright, so more like something out of 'planet of the apes' (which btw I've never seen, I've only seen a picture years ago).

They were intelligent and spoke to me normally, or perhaps used some kind of telepathy which my mind then translated into somethnig meaningful, I'm not sure. At this point, I was like 'this is some kind of astral f**k up, Im misinterpreting everything.. these guys DO NOT look like extras from planet of the apes!'..

I tried to dispell their appearence and tried to percieve more clearly but nothing happened, in fact, they just became more 'real', its hard to describe, but I was getting some kind of data back that this is indeed what they look like.

I was then asked a series of questions, which I cant remember much about.. I then asked the leader what the hell was going on. I asked,  'is this place 'real' or is it in the astral?'  He smiled and said, 'well, it is in the astal AND it is real'. He was right of course, stupid question.

I asked if this place was what I call F27 (Monroe speak) and he seemed to understand and said that it was 'along those lines'.
I also got the impression that this place was an astral reconstruction of their natural enviroment, wherever that was... perhaps it was a reconstuction of the past, perhaps these guys had once lived in the region that is now my local park, meaning that these guys are some earlier form of humanity... who knows.

I cant remember the next part of the conversation but it had something to do with my astral family or what Monroe would call my 'disk' (although I've always thought 'disk' sounded corny so I prefer 'Astral family' myself)...

I later re-awakened, and thought 'whooooooooooah!'

so, am I a neanderthal?  hehe

Anyway, an interesting, fun, if a little odd, experience!

Thanks for reading!

Douglas

Douglas,

Oh wow! Were your friends surprised to see you? It feels as if your presence there attracted their attention. Really fascinating.

It's weird, to be walking somewhere, knowing that at one time everything around you was tropical...and at another time in history the same was also fifty feet under sea water, and yet it's really all here, happening in the Now.

Thanks and much love,

Hi Fyrenze,

I'll have to check out the island info. Haven't had much time to cruise the site as I'd like to.

Hi Tayesin,

Thanks for sharing what you've experienced. Interesting.

They let me know early on that they really had no interest in entering into this Earth/human drama. They acknowledge it as just one of countless 'idea places' to experience, their preference being a lesser density of matter (or that's my understanding so far).

When I initially encountered them I was under the impression or thinking that they must be 'more advanced', and in all honesty they were the ones who helped me realize that they don't see it that way. They may be different in many respects, and...we're similar too in that we're all exploring, experiencing, wondering, continuously following our curiousity, but they viewed little ol' me with as much respect and fascination as I offered them. Regarding their appearance--they said it was my interpretation. Since I initially felt the need to experience them with the equivelent of the five physical senses (especially 'seeing'), they understood the situation. As I now focus on opening up to them more and more with nonphysical senses, I seem to be able to communicate faster, understand some things better. When I asked them who started everything they had no idea, and they were content with their conclusion that all-that-is, is...all that is. They don't view life in a linear fashion at all, and I don't think they even see things in a dualistic way either. Their environment is so different from Earth, Universe and Human rules, so to speak, which is why I'm fascinated with learning as much as I can from 'their world'. They've interacted with others who've been involved in the Earth/human drama, but only in the respect that says to me they're just curious and always willing to make friends with any fellow traveler/explorer/aware being. Their statement that their universe is always present with them was the most fascinating thing I've gotten from them so far.

As far as being an advanced person? I appreciate your kindness, but---naw. I just love being able to go and learn, find things out for myself. Anybody can visit with these guys and similar beings. When the fear factor is gone the opportunities are absolutely endless.

Thanks Tayesin and much love,

Squeek,

I agree. And like, why did we ever disconnect from all this in the first place? As a good friend of mine put it, guess there's something to be learned from having to pay a phone bill every month instead of using the telepathic abilities we're born with---(lol).

Regarding getting over one's fears. I hear that a lot, that you have to "get over them" but how exactly is that done? Do you keep trying/projecting despite your fears and they eventually fade away?

Or is there some kind of fear eradication procedure?

Chupacabra,

Yea, we live in such a fear-based society that we've been led to believe that our fears somehow have power over us...or we know little about the idea that what we allow into our heads can be escorted out or changed, by us. I wasn't raised with a lot of religious fears, yet even a small amount was enough to block my progress in wanting to get my own proof of life beyond death. And then along came the New Age movement with more fears, many nearly identical to various religious belief-fears. Chupacabra, I don't know if this will help but I can at least tell you what I did, and perhaps something will open a door for you. I hope so, because fear is our biggest enemy.

When I finally reached a point where I got tired of reacting to my fears many years ago (will evil entities possess me, control me?--if I project my consciousness will I be able to come back?), I started looking at just exactly what I was really scared of, and where did it come from. Fears come from beliefs. So I began to take a serious look at what beliefs I was holding onto that created fear, that blocked progress. It turned out that many of the beliefs were old and outdated, stuff I no longer even technically believed in, yet they were in my head like old 8-track tapes (lol). This blew me away and I started, at first, writing it all down to gain a better perspective of them, and followed up by literally talking to them when in a relaxed state. I talked to the beliefs I no longer wanted as if they were little personalities (some were like little tyrants--lol). I figured that I had allowed them to come into and make a home within my mind somewhere along the line (I was their creator or I had granted them permission to be a part of me), so I didn't try to dominate or push them out (they'll naturally struggle to stay active all the more)--but instead I thanked them for continuing to do the job they thought they were suppose to be doing through the years, and that I now needed them to change. For instance, I explained to the 'fear that was scared to explore the nonphysical' that I had created it (because of certain books I had read), given it permission to grow and do its job of supposedly protecting me, but that I had changed now and I needed it to begin to help me explore. At first I felt silly doing this but hey, life started changing for me. I mean, it took a little time but it wasn't long before I began feeling free from it all. Beliefs can be changed, eliminated, replaced. To me they were like tapes in my head, triggering over and over certain fears...and I felt I could change the info on those tapes...which is what happened. Even thinking I needed some kind of protection, when I first started exploring, was a *belief* that I eventually let go of...but it helped me to at least start exploring so I could come to realize that what we believe is everything.

And what really helped later on was being able to actually explore within, the nonphysical. Any small fears I was still holding onto were mirrored back to me and helped me understand that I was actually creating certain afterlife situations *because of my fears*. I guess I could have adopted bigger fears at that point, but I could feel (and with the helpful suggestions from Guides, Helpers) that I was being presented with an opportunity to finally let them go...as I could see them for what they were: my fear-based creations. Does any of this make sense? The very act of exploring will help with this.

We spend many years being told from all sides that someone/something else has the truth, the answers, and we're to have faith and believe what they say. When we start exploring, to get our own proof, it takes time for us to realize that we each are highly creative, powerful beings...having a human experience, and what we believe has power.

Well I didn't mean to go on like this (lol). Bruce Moen has a technique that is similar and he explains it well.

Hope this helps,

Hi Tisha,

Maybe this is how some of them deal with boredom or being so confined. I wonder what some of them could tell us about what they 'see' when they watch humans? If they can zone out or go within and be elsewhere...then maybe we're the ones who're really confined in a zoo? Yikes---:o).

Thanks, but in all honesty I'm only using the capabilities we all have, what we're all born with. And perhaps I seem fearless because I basicaly am, in the respect that when it comes to beliefs or expectations about the nonphysical, I have no fears. I use to but got over them quite awhile ago.

Much love,

Hi Novice,

Ya know, if I had been thinking of animals when I asked the question, dolphins, whales, wolves, eagles and the list goes on, would have been my choices. Even squirrels and chihuahuas (lol). And I couldn't agree with you more, Novice, about the animal kingdom. We humans think it has to be through the intellect, through reasoning, through 1+1=2 thinking. I mean, there are Native Americans who're saying that humans, in the past, lived with one foot in the conscious (left brain), and one foot in the unconscious or super-conscious (right brain)...while they were wide awake and going about their daily stuff.

And something else I was thinking about tonight, was the fact that the Golden Guys simply offered *their opinion*, regarding gorillas. From their standpoint, beliefs and experiences...their pick was simply their opinion. Would another nonhuman group pick something or someone else all together?

Thanks Novice and much love,

Ginny

Risu no Kairu,

Over two years ago I started placing the intent to go to what Bob Monroe called the Gathering...in terms of focus levels it's I believe Focus 35. I just wanted to see if I could communicate with any nonhuman beings--many there who're suppose to be observing the Earth changes. After several trips I then decided to go further, beyond that area, just for the heck of it, and ran into these guys. They're in another area of consciousness and according to them their entire universe is 'with them'...which is one of the most interesting things they've shared to date. When I want to visit with them I use a technique Bruce Moen teaches: State Specific Memory...which boils down to the idea that recalling the actual feel of a person or place in the nonphysical can allow the traveler to then actually be there.

Thanks and much love,

Ginny

Hi Tenacious,

I'm trying to remember if I ever asked but I don't believe I did. I initially referred to them as golden toothpicks (kinda what they looked like)and then just settled on the name I eventually gave them, just to be able to talk about them. Names don't seem to be of interest to them anyway--:o).

Take care,

Clandestino and Nick,

Sorry for not being able to get back with you til now. Self employment can be all-or-nothing and it's been busy lately--:o).

I found her father to be interesting. He was certainly aware of things, or how beliefs and especially fears can lock someone in to being confined. I know he'll be there for her when she realizes more. Thanks for your kind thoughts.

Much love,

Ginny

Nick,

How kind of you---thanks (snif)...:o).

Ya know, when I first started accessing the nonphysical, I was truly out of my mind with happiness. I had waited so long to be able to just be There...and while I was zooming all over the damn place wouldn't you know, it was lovingly suggested I share with others what I was experiencing, suggested more than once (I kept putting it off...lol). Being a person who is usually standing near an exit door in big crowds, it was difficult to just post on the internet, but I did, because remembering the isolation from years back when I had no one to even talk with about any of this was an important reminder. I mean, I lost friends and had family members think I was nuts and scary when I mentioned my beliefs or brief experiences.

So, we're all related, ya know?

Much love,

Ginny

Novice,

Wow!

~Also, just like Ginny said, I get the feeling of a bear, or eagle, or lake. But I don't see in full color, 3D like physical sight. However, I will get very crystal clear glimpses or flashes or images like that. For me, this usually happens as I move more into the space consciously. Meaning that, in the beginning, I am there, but also aware of my physical surroundings. I think because my consciousness is split, I don't see either one completely. But as my focus is shifted more into the astral area, I lose physical perception. But the astral impressions become stronger and I get more detailed images or flashes as I progress. But I still rely heavily on feeling and perception. I think images can be misleading. They will vary for each individual. But a feeling is more stable. As I write that, I realize it sounds like a contradiction, but its not.~

I was just thinking...is this why your Guide suggested you 'go within'? Doing so was perhaps a step towards relying less on our habit of wanting to experience with the 5 physical senses and moving towards opening up to telepathy, feeling, knowing? And yes, you have it so correctly---that images are subjective, no matter how we access the nonphysical--and we're going to experience them no doubt, but it's fascinating when we use nonphysical senses to get to the heart of any experience.

Your description of using your imagination to 'prime the pump' or get things rolling is exactly what can be done. It's like sending out a signal that you want to meet with someone again, or be in a certain place, by recalling the feeling of them/it or just imagining something new...and just allowing it to be there. And then they/it seem to take on a life of their own by stepping in, so to speak, and continuing your intent...but with their own presonality and existence, their own communications...and when unexpected things are said or happen, it's fascinating.

Looking forward to reading more of your experiences--:o).

Much love,

Ginny

Hi Soulfire,

Beth said it really really well--we use our imagination and intent constantly. When Bruce Moen directs people, in a relaxed and conscious state, to simply 'get a feel for that place within where we intend everything', he does this to help folks literally slow down to become aware of what they've been doing naturally all their lives...and to simply become familiar with what that state of intention feels like. And it's not a situation where there's one particular *feel*---everyone experiences it in their own unique way (some see color or whatever, others feel this or that--I experience a nano-second of nothingness that has a particular feel to it that I recognize---what's important is to just familiarize yourself with it...and above all, realize that our intent works everytime, because that's how life works....it's our beliefs and expectations that can get in the way).

Hope this helps,

Ginny

Hi Nick,

This certainly isn't necessary but I've learned so much from them...and that's to place the intent for a Helper/Guide to show up, while in the 3D, before going where you want to go. They're great company---:o).

What's up with Frank?

Love,

Novice,

Oh yea, many times. I actually welcome unexpected persons and things happening when in the afterlife.

When first starting out and while spending time at the first place I created, a wolf appeared. Now this wasn't that much of a surprise because I love wolves, but it was what the animal started communicating to me that blew me away. I had the strong feeling that the 'wolf' was actually a persoanl Guide, in wolf's clothing, only because I was new and wouldn't have found its presence an 'intrusion'. I've also had people appear while in the middle of retrieving or busy with something--such as a man I had actually helped to retrieve over a year earlier! I had no idea this could even happen.

I love your description of the snow and feeling the air in the place you created. Don't you appreciate the feeling you have when you're there...evn if it's to do nothing more than hang out and investigate?

Look forward to hearing more about your experiences, Novice.

Much love,

Ginny

Hi Ginny,

Thank you for another nice descriptive account of Focus 23. You write it so well that I always feel as though I am there with you. The white sphere had me puzzled. Did she actually merge with it and lose her form, or walk into it? Have you seen this happen before? Hopefully then she was taken to Focus 27.

Very best,

Hi Nick,

It had me puzzled!--lol. She seemed to suddenly resonate with it and then merge, or she just went into it, became a part of it---I don't know! I initially felt the sphere was possibly either someone or several...who knew her, knew what was best for her...and I also felt that taking her was okay and a private affair I was not suppose to interfere with. Nothing negative---just something that was suppose to happen. Go figure...lol. Perhaps instead of needing to always see something that resembles human/earth life, I was able to see someone in their more enrgetic essence, and it confused me?

And about Focus 27...I've been in retrievals where I assumed that's exactly where a retrievee and I were headed, after say, leaving a BST world, and we ended up in another BST world. I had to learn that a person's beliefs/desires rule...and that there are many BST worlds that are suited perfectly for a person and where they are in their current growth. Regarding that woman, I really have no idea where she went.

Retrieving and exploring are never boring--:o).
