If you search you may find sources to healing on the net, for example RB's
Heart Healing. Regarding the energies, you may be interested in for example
RB's NEW Energy Wayes.

But maybe your healing is more of the emotional kind, and you need to go look
other ways? Perhaps you're in for a much longer travel than you expect, even
going for retrievals of Aspects of Self? But be warned, there have been people
incapacitated for months after some kinds of retrievals, so they are not easy to
finish as a lot of unhandled emotional problems will surface and have to be dealt
with all at one time.

There probably are even better sources out there, but these are the free ones
I know of. Also, RB has a slightly different view on what he calls energy centers,
they are not exactly like small doors which can be opened and closed. I think
he more views them as energetic parts of us, small complicated things. This

To some part that is what T Campbell is stating. I think the computer game description

nor have I any idea who he is or what he's about.

again on the Pulse. He has for example compared the price to that of Gateway Wave.

You can't suddenly make such a claim.

Outside a TMI program, my impression is that people usually only do 1-2 hours H-S a day,
perhaps not even every day. It is also good to try without H-S a random day or so, as you
eventually are expected to go without H-S after a few months, and most likely you won't
need H-S after a year, with the exception that you want to re-do some exercises which
are difficult. Once you are done with your H-S kit, one trainer at TMI suggested you
give your CD set away to some friend, who hasn't used it.

Once off H-S, there seems to be some kind of indication that you should continue to
do one meditation (or similar) session a day to evolve your ability, which may take
years (or decades, as I think Campbell has said). 1 hour or less is probably enough
each day.

so little. From my point of view Steve G Jones shows the traits of a con man.
As I perceive it, his video clips have the air of scam, bluff and hoax, with the
intent to make money on naive people.

I'm wondering why you from time to time have expressed yourself in a way which
could be viewed as sort of degrading on OBE persons who have backed their claims
with tons of descriptions of their own experiences like Monroe, Moen or RB. And at
the same time you seem to support people who have little (or none) backing of their
claims about the nonphysical (by their own experiences), persons like Steve G Jones,
Kepple and Campbell. The big difference with the last two persons is that they don't
try to make $25k on client phone calls, and Campbell also recommends people to be
openminded sceptic, a thing Jones certainly doesn't.

And in such an obvious case as Steve G Jones, I had hoped for a little more critical
thinking.

With the risk of making this discussion ridiculous, what happens if someone thinks he has
managed to make his penis too big with the help of Steve G Jones hypno-CD? Can Steve
G Jones give a treatment like "Shrink your penis by natural hypnotherapy" for only $XXX?

Steve G Jones claims to be one of the worlds leading hypnotherapists.

Yet it's impossible to get to know where he got his hypnotherapy education.
It's not really possible to get to know what he means with "worlds leading expert",
or among whom he is regarded as "an expert".

When making a search on "steve g jones Scam", most of the hits are on marketing
pages by Jones or similar selling sites, which is kind of strange in my opinion.

I can find very few sites mentioning any detailed success stories on Jones stuff,
and what I find is very sketchy. There are almost no experiences of Jones own's
on the astral.

Having watched several video clips with Jones, I must say that there is something
dishonest with this person, in my opinion. Or maybe he is just a poor video talker.
But what he says sounds often very cut up, faked/constructed, and too short.

When I try to find any independent source of information on Steve Jones, it's almost
impossible, because I constantly hit aggressive marketing pages on his products,
promising "unlimited confidence" or "stop smoking and loose weight".

But on the side of verifications or anything scientific I will have to say things look
very poor. Too much details are lacking in my opinion. I would suggest that people
be a little more questioning than just accepting those marketing pages claims.

What Jones talk about may fit simple souls, but I really doubt that he has found anything
which he hasn't either copied or made up, with little or no research background on his
own.

Those few persons who talk about their astral projections very seldom refer to Jones
products for their success. I just get the impression that these people are very skilled
in astral projection, regardless of any CD products.

About the only part of any of the projections that I can remember is rolling out of my body
and standing up by my bed.  Each projection probably lasted about 30 second to a minute,
so I know I explored my immediate area some.  I have some still frame like images of the
farm around my house, but I don't really remember what I did or where I went beyond that.

I would like to know:

At what exact point did you seem to lose remembrance? Was it after some period of time
or after having moved some distance from your physical body? Something you did?

Also, were you able to move all by yourself right from the start or did you at any
projection move "steady-as-a-boat" forward, without being able to change direction
yourself in you nonphysical body?

Did you see any part of your nonphysical body? If you touched your hands, were
they solid?

I heard an interview with Robert Bruce a while back where he said it had been proven years ago that binaurals work even without stereo sound, but the gimmick of needing separate stereo channels had been marketed for so long people stick with it. I've never been able to find this information outside of that interview though.

Anyway binaural beats or other are training wheels, one day they are not needed.
The early (non-binaural) FFR also works according to Monroe, but binaural beats
have a slight edge over those other sound techniques.

Only real weakness with binaural beats are that they can't produce gamma brain waves,
as they are out of the frequency range. But the new SAM will do gamma too.
