Xanth is correct. You will not like my answer but the best way to separate is to find out for yourself what works and what does not work.

Quote from: Xanth on April 22, 2014, 20:56:39I realise we are all different. We are all correct in what we say. What works for one person may not work for another. It is important for me to notice my body if it is feeling different, my breathing and how my mind feels. That is how I ap. When I notice that I am snoring I know I can get out of my body so I do. That is one example. Am I the only one that notices my body?
Just to be fair... it's 100% Frank's.
And yes, Lionheart is dead on. Just forget your have a body entirely.
Quote from: Lionheart on May 12, 2014, 04:05:02Lionheart is correct. You can ap anytime of the day. I have ap late in the afternoon without any sleep. I do not seem to be able to do it now. I must get back into practice again.
You can project any time day or night.
It's just more people find it easier early in the morning because their body is already relaxed, so they could skip that step.
Quote from: urshebear on May 07, 2014, 03:39:28I have never phased as I have my way of doing things. I do not know what phasing is. You were out of your body so you did not need to ap. You could have been half out of your body. You just had to move yourself. You could have moved your arms and fly somewhere. You could move your arms and imagine that you were swimming or anything else. When you are sitting up, you are in a very good position to move. Just believe you can do it. If you mess it up then you will learn from the experience.
Thanks SuzyI can AP but just not by using the phasing technique. I usually have to get out via sleep paralysis but feel I am experienced enough to want to move on from that. I defiantly couldn't AP from where I was, I did try but I feel I might have been still too physically present if you know what I mean.
