I definatly feel the nuisances, i would assume regarding the external forces that are always trying to dominate every one's life and which are by most cultures and modern society generally regarded as being normal and acceptable :-(.

Besides, I still feel that your chosen avatar gives your posts a rather less subtle cuteness
Well i guess you're anticipating just that.

Dear lee46,

please don't forget TKR http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/,

registration is quick and you won't regret it if you want to practice RV :-)

I learned RV without a course, in fact i don't like RV methods at all (too restraining). I simply used websites like TKR to give me practice targets and then i would naturally exercise my skills.

Dear folks,

thanks for the input.

Today, when someone i live with came home she brought some real low vibratory energies with her.
As she and I were in the same room, her low vibratory energy filled it and I tried resisting the energy and as I did so, felt an intense tightness at about my spleen (second) chakra.
Everytime, however when I surrender to such a low energy and allow it to resonate with me, the tightness vanishes.
So the current idea I have is that bad, low vibratory energies enter the aura through the lower chakras and when this is resisted, these energies will exert pressure on the relative chakra, like water on a diving submarine.

I try cheering myself up and stuff and yet nothing happens, lucky me that one lasted only a day.

Dear lee46,

from my experience i can only say that they bounce off if one has a closed or ignorant mindset towards them but once these low vibratory thoughtforms are inside one's aura by having allowed them to enter by considering or even accepting them, the only chance to raise one's vibration again is to first get rid of these thoughtforms by letting go off of them and then replace the void with high vibratory energies that are truely one's own.

Releasing them is always a hard task for one naturally assume's his thoughtforms to be himself, so this acceptance causes these thoughtforms to become sticky as glue.

One must realize that energy is not simply of visual and vibratory nature but of thought and feeling.
The problem lies in that man has been brainwashed to believe that they exist only as electrical waveforms in one's own mind instead of existing as non-physical energies in the subtle-energy bodies and can be send from aura to aura and are only ínterpreted by the brain into language and 5-sense expression.

This got me thinking, so it could be that the so called "bipolars" being catalogued a psychological disorder, it aswell could be some sort of an entity?

Also, sometimes I get a depression out of nowhere, I had one of those recently and I couldn't figure out why the hell I was feeling that way, I was thinking it could've been that my energy was "low", but now this got me thinking, could it be an entity feeding off my energy?  :?

Dear lee46,

If you can visualize a fly on someone's nose and this causes an itch on his skin there, making him scratch himself, imagine the complexities of programming (brainwashing, mind control etc.) that experienced astral beings can achieve with an unprotected human mind through telepathic suggestion.

http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_metaphysics/telepathic_suggestion_how_astral_beings_manipulate_and_program_people-t31120.0.html

It must be mentioned however, that sophisticated physical extraterrestrials also make a huge portion of the manipulation of humans, for they not only posess and utilize masterful psychic skills but also technologies that can program humans by "beaming" waveforms into objects, environments or directly into the minds of humans. Humans now have some of this capability too, by the way, "Voice2Skull" technology is just one such example, where directed microwaves can beam voices for advertisements into people's minds and not only and primarly for this purpose, i can assure you.

Dear folks,

we are influenced every day by those who are not in the flesh or by those consciously or unconsciously practicing "magic" (influence by intent) by using their projected etheric bodies or projecting their energy, their focused intent onto us while they are in the physical body.

We receive many impulses, urges, thoughts and desires from external sources such as the ones just mentioned, we must however always remember that because these impulses don't originate from our own higher selves, we always have a choice to accept or reject them.

I want to share with you a story I have just found which I believe serves as a good example to demonstrate this.

Quote
Today at school I met a girl who was "interested" in Psychic stuff. I told her a little about some of my experiences and she seemed like she believed it. She asked me to try it out on someone; Telepathic Suggestion that is. I decided that it couldn't hurt and put up some confidence in myself and just went for it.

It was strange to be doing TPS (Telepathic Suggestion, Not Toilet Paper Sheets) infront of a "stranger" but I guess I've done weirder things. I focused on a man who was lying down, apparently trying to sleep. I decided that I would have him scratch his face a bit.

My method was pretty simple; but over the few minutes I attempted to influence him to do what I wanted it changed until it felt right. My first idea was to simple focus on him and say "my face itches" and accompany it with a feeling of the arm moving/a tingle on the face. I think maybe the whole arm moving thing over-did it and made me lose some focus. Eventually I imagined myself as him; And really got that itchy feeling going on. I then imagined a fly crawling around on his face and I completely forgot about focusing on his arms. It seems that was a good thing.

Just when I thought I was about to give up BAM he wakes up from his little nap and quickly moves his hand to his face/nose/cheek area and "whipes" away something, apparently startled slightly. It was pretty cool to see it happen, I wonder what the odds of that where.

Dear folks,

your words remind me that there is a very real reason behind why the astral body has been called "desire body".

Robert Bruce was talking about voids situated on the outskirts of the astral, I guess the experienced projector could go there and meditate or simply by creating one's own domain.

The reason I asked is because I wonder how one in the astral would - in regards to all the distractions and temptations you could find there, how one would find a way to remain in focus over time (astral time) and not lose himself. In the physical it is clear that we can do this by meditating regularily but comparing it to the internet which is of course but a pale example to the distractions we find on the astral, one is always tempted by most websites to go from one video to the next or from one news story to the next etc. ultimately causing one to lose oneself in a sea of information especially since at large it is constructed in such a way as to speak to the lower desires of sensory entertainment.
For those of you who have read Monroe, the example of AA can be applied here aswell.

Dear lee46,

thank you for sharing.

I'll have to say that I find it very curious how fast the memory of an OBE fades until at some point, there is no way of telling whether the experience was of etheric/RTZ or simply dream nature and the only way of knowing for sure is by relying on one's journal entry that is best made within the first 10 minutes after an experience.

Energetically the moon has amazing and powerful influence on the Earth.  Have you seen those specials on the science channel about what would happen if we had no moon?  They say that life wouldn't be possible on earth without our good friend the moon.

But maybe you spent too much time during the say in trance.  Even if you thought you were relaxed at night, maybe you were just tranced out.

There's all kinds of Occult literature that says you should only project during a full moon or a new moon, or only in the summer time, always facing north, always facing south, east or west, that you have to be at a 40-something degree angle, you can't wear socks, you need to be naked, you have to fast, you have to eat melon (seriously, I've read it.  Melon is very alkalizing), palms up, palms down, right side, left side, back, stomach, and a million more things that do or don't influence your ability to AP or enter a good trance.

I've personally never done anything specific besides my "method" for exiting.  I use blankets, wear socks, practice in the daytime, nighttime, summertime, wintertime, full moon, new moon, in Pisces, in Aquarius, after eating, after working all day, after sleeping 14 hours, and anything else you could think of.  I don't think I can specifically attribute and success or failure to any of it.  The only thing that seems to determine my success or failure is my current state of mind.  I have learned what my ideal mind state is and when I'm not in it and I choose to practice anyway and I fail miserably I only blame myself because I knew better.  My ability seems to expand as I progress and I can project under different circumstances, but by that I mean circumstances of mind or body.

There are so many astrological forces pushing and pulling on you all the time, if there were one that could have a big effect on you I'd say it would be the moon.  The moon is a our closest neighbor and along with Sol, represents some of the most important archetypal knowledge we have.  Maybe it wasn't so much the full moon, but the full moon and other planets interacting with the full moon because that's how it works in astrology.

Dear personalreality,

thank you.

I believe I have identified and worked through the problem now. I've recently build up a desire/addiction for trance (for it can feel so nice at times) which quickly developed itself into an inhibitor because this desire/addiction would make me interfer as if trying to force the trance induction process by impatience instead of letting it happen which is of course the only way. This is a very subtle trap in energy work that I will never fall prey again and I hope noone else has to experience this.

As of now, I will regard the moon innocent as far as my problem goes, tho the fact of the matter is that it appears to cause a lot of people a lot of trouble, up to the point of not being able to sleep at all.

Dear folks,

it must always be mentioned however,

that desire is one of the primary inhibitors!

We often attach ourselves to experiences because in our mind we remember them as pleasant, desiring to repeat them. This causes us to interfer the next time, instead of letting it happen and with force it can not work. Therefore, desire is a primary inhibitor.

He who realizes this soon enough can save himself a lot of frustration. I wish I had realized it earlier.

Dear astralization,

I can only assume that a strong electric shock would upset and "reset" one's subtle energy bodies, forcibly removing blockages and such.

While technology could sure be developed to a point where it would make dealing with the mind and etheric body a lot easier, I would never support this kind of development for I prefer independance to the highest grade - that is, man has to be able to cleanse himself even if there are no outside tools available to him at a given time.

Dear folks,

It is full moon and I wondered if any of you have had problems entering trance.

I've had the most invigorating trance meditations throughout daytime but then as it turned night I found myself more and more "locked" in beta-type brainwaves (fast, steady) and I concluded that this could only be stimulated by an external force, for I myself was as physically and mentally relaxed as I could only be (atleast i thought i was). So I got up and went to write this post.
The full moon lights everything up bright here but my windows are covered with blankets and almost no light gets in, so there is no eyestrain for me.

I find this case to be extremely agonizing and it gives me a sense of not being able to control my own brain which is one of the most terrible feelings to me personally.

Wikipedia says:

QuoteFull Moons are traditionally associated with temporal insomnia, insanity (hence the terms lunacy and lunatic) and various "magical phenomena" such as lycanthropy. Psychologists, however, have found that there is no strong evidence for effects on human behavior around the time of a full moon.[7] They find that studies are generally not consistent, with some showing a positive effect and others showing a negative effect.

My body is certainly in a more restless state since the night began but as I said, was having beautiful trance meditations throughout the day.

Dear Inner~Peace,

often when I come from meditation I have a sense that my eyesight is sharper than it was before the session.

Apart from those experiences, I am really convinced that meditation sets in motion some incredible healing processes of the etheric body while also allowing yourself to be healed by other beings.

Dear folks,

this is a phenomenon I've observed for atleast 1 year.

Each time when entering meditation, my solar plexus chakra would begin to rumble until i would stop meditating or simply continue and 'overwill' it, forcing it to comply eventually and it would then shut up and smooth out like the rest of my chakras.
To be precise, this feeling is one of tightness and it begs attention like an entity would.

Now I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this.

QuoteSometimes I wish I could just start all over and clear my mind from all the junk that's been put in it.

Dear astralization,

doesn't meditation give you just that?

It is my experience that when done properly, even a 5 minute meditation would cure me from all mental attachments and emotions of the past 3 days.

However, I can now AP regularly at will.  By at will I mean that every time I lay down to do my practice I AP.

Dear personalreality,

that is wonderful.

So in concluding your writings, am I correct by assuming that you have been able to do so since the time you learned to properly move into that passive, dissociative state without desiring AP and without superficial "effort" other than remaining in "Q-mind"?

I for one keep learning and de-learning it and then i re-learn it eventually until the whole cycle restarts

After personalreality mentioned the word "dissociating" I picked up immediatly and could reach the state at will.
But usually once each time I "get it", the lack of thoughts (which are really deliberate blockages) cranks up my vibration and I become like a bright lighthouse and someone who is annoyed by my light will soon arrive and pollute my chakra system causing enormous feelings of discomfort in the stomach areas, for they hope to diminish man's vibration and re-integrate each "insurgent" into the human loosh flock.

Meditation (dissociation) is really a cheat on life for it not only destroys the veil by allowing us to project out of our bodies but also diminishes our emotions which make the essence of the difficulty of life to begin with.

Perhaps they get answers quickly because there is a malevolent being feeding them whatever crap it can think up.

I second that.

And one can only imagine how much damage an astral being may cause to a naive projector with lines like: "I am you from the future! Now listen, so you can make great positive changes and avoid making the mistakes I have made!"
Deception and delusion are so limitless and infinitely dangerous in a realm where anything is possible.

Dear beagle,

it's been shown very often that since the etheric is the most dense sub-atomic energy and forming the dimensional layer closest to our atomic layer, it is the one that is able to influence the atomic the most, take these examples: Along the silhouettes of ghosts manifesting on the etheric layer, lower temperatures can be measured and when they pass through people, they'll give them goose bumps and sometimes heavy electromagnetic fluctuations (spikes) can be observed in areas where etheric bodies are busy. Sometimes etheric beings seem to be able to drain batteries completly. If etheric energy is strongly condensed it can even move or levitate atom-based objects.

Astral beings (manifesting etherically) take influence on peoples' lives every day for a number of reasons and I believe that many if not even most of the occasional itching/spider web/pressure/brushing/hot spot/cold spot sensations are caused by etheric interactions with physical people.

Dear personalreality,

thank you for using the term "dissociation".

I looked it up and i read (translated):

Quote
Dissociation in psychology is the partial or complete loss of normal integration of memories of the past, identity, immediate perceptions and motor control

It fits so perfectly the description of trance meditation.

Now I find it so deceptive to say one has to focus in meditation, while that may appear true on a deeper level, the kind of focus concerning trance meditation is really a state of being in a stable void, as i would describe it, so un-focus becomes a sort of focus.

I have it, it's not worth the money. (In my opinion naturally)

And dense is right (i mean that in the most sarcastic way possible).  It's a lot of old theory and not a lot of practical knowledge.

It is a classic, and it's a cool read, but I think it's a book that someone should read after they've been projecting for a while.  It's really heavy in occult jargon or more appropriately, Muldoon Jargon.

My boss gave it to me because he knew I was interested in AP.  He had a really old copy that he hadn't read in years.  He said his was given to him by a producer on a TV show that he used to be on (Haunting Evidence) who asked him if it was a legit book (because my boss is a psychic medium) and he said it was legit but "old".  By that he says he meant that it was "out-dated" or rather steeped in "superstition".  It's not superstitious like we think of superstition necessarily (like don't mess with your cord cause you'll die), but a lot of occult tradition.

I guess it's still cool to have on the bookshelf.

Dear personalreality,

would it be possible for you or someone you know to make a complete scan of it or would you be willing to send it?

I'd really like to see this book online eventually.

I've already been expecting Projection of the Astral Body to be a technical, not an instructional book.

I wonder though, what exactly would be outdated and especially who set the the new standards for knowledge.
I see that a lot of new books are based on a lot of old occult teachings after all.

I've just seen a few of the customer reviews about this book on amazon, the ratings generally pretty high and some people say, the techniques given in this book are working well for them.

QuoteI read it a while back, it was interesting to read his experiences. Other than that I can't remember any kind of information that a person new to projections could use. Astral Dynamics is a good book for beginners to read, and Journeys out of the body is also a great book for people new to projections to read. Journeys is not a book that is heavy in instructions or methods, but it is pretty detailed when it comes to showing a person what to expect in terms of the obe state and precursors. Oliver Fox' book is a great book to read as well, although a very quick read (very small book) think I still have that one laying around.

Dear T.L. ,

yes I believe we all love Astral Dynamics,

curious I find now while reading over occult literature is that a lot of his terms, Robert Bruce has apparently adopted from occult literature.
