Entered the trance state,
Heard the TV on, thought it would interupt me
during the experience. Ignored it.

Rolled around like a log and then circled
my body by swinging counterclose wise and
projecting outward. Took some time to anchor
the state and awareness where I was
comfortable leaving.

Mom/Dads house
Found myself in the front living room
Scene of the room became crystal clear and
conscious level was stablizing.

Felt myself being lifted into the air where
someone had their arms under my armpits holding me.
Directing me, and gently moving me towards the front door.

Finally, I was at the front porch, looked over my shoulder
and saw "Tiarek Muhefah", a woman with dark brown hair,
tan, slim figure and with serious look on her face.

It was sketchy if it was an angel, but definitely a guide.
Tiarek Muhefah started pushing me upward and I said to
her " I love you and take me to the heavens".

As we started to move higher, I lost my conscious
awareness due to slight fear and excitement.

This is the third time that I've met Tiarek Muhefah.

I think a lot of depends on energy, focus, and awarness during the obe. I've done experiments where I would just sit on a park bench and just watch everything around me. Everything remains static...

My wife Katie and I traveled to this auction in Nunica, Michigan. She bided on a few items and won in which we had to pick-up.

This auction was an estate sale of someone's belongings. Many items were new but mostly old, roughly around 1940 - 1970s.

I was checking out the different items being auctioned and came across an old 1951 University of Michigan College diploma. The name on the diploma read "Jane Shirley Schroeder".

Next to the diploma were college / high school photograph year books. I decided to pick-up the one year book, fanning the pages with my thumb without paying any attention.

The first page that I arrived at was Jane Shirley Schroeder's graduate photo. The book was in mint condition, no creases, roughly around 200-300 glossy black and white pages. I decided to open the book a few more times to see if I could repeat the same coincidence but failed.


Interesting Facts:

•   The book was in mint condition, no creases to be found where it would open     
   to the exact page of Jane Shirley Schroeder.

•   Validations, Synchronicities, Coincidences are steady on a monthly basis's
   especially in June 2007.

It has been an incredible last couple of weeks with projections and validations. To add another validation to the list here it is:

The night before, my wife and I were cleaning our house and preparing for Father's day visit from Katie's Mom/Dad. We finally installed the new pool liner and deck boards which our summer has been busy with major outdoor projects. My wife Katie invited our Niece Samantha to stay with us for the week and help out around the house.

Upon awakening the next morning, I remembered that I was in a false awakening and communicating with niece Samantha C. We were trying to clean the house and prepare for the guests. I recalled Samantha holding the veggie tray with cucumbers, cauliflower, chip dip, carrots and consuming all this by herself. It was like she was hiding this tray and not sharing.

Minutes later, I awakened and the time was 10:05AM, I documented this experience to my pocket pc. At 10:07AM, my niece Samantha opened the door to my bedroom and said to me "It's time to get up, Katie allowed you to sleep in, but now it's time to work".


Interesting Facts:

•   Precognitive false awakening that validated connection with Samantha.
•   Most times in the past, these experiences are associated with my wife.
•   Validations, Synchronicities, Coincidences are steady on a monthly basis's.

The out of body experience took place at my mom and dad's house where I was standing with the front door wide open talking with this teenage boy. Asking this boy "Where is Doug, our contract worker"?

Before the out of body experience occurred, I was awakened at 6:30AM by my wife Katie requesting that the deck boards around the pool to be removed. My wife and I were replacing the liner to our swimming pool and our jack of all trades contract worker Doug M. would be assisting. After I removed the main deck boards, I decided to go back to sleep and await Doug's arrival at 8:00AM.

Around 8:23AM, I awakened into the trance state with the vibrations flowing through out my body head to toe. I also heard a knock at the door and assumed it was Doug waiting on me. I was caught in a rock in a hard place with the vibrations flowing through me and Doug knocking on the door – what shall I do? Should I give up the obe waking up and answering the door or should I continue the experience? I decided to continue the experience and felt my spiritual body swing counterclockwise and making a clean exit from the physical body.

Once out, As I continued my discussion with the teenage boy, I was able to get a good look at him. He was roughly around 14yrs -18yrs old, around 5'10", brown short hair, tan complexion, athletic, and with boyish facial characteristics. When the boy replied to me "Doug is parked out in the street and walking towards the house".

I looked out towards the street and I saw Doug wearing a white t-shirt, orange shorts, with circular black colored shapes on the fabric. I verified each time consistency by looking away and at Doug's clothes to validate what he was wearing. I knew at that time, I would be able to use this information back in the physical and see if this is a match.

Lastly, I noticed that Doug was in the front and back house at the same time. I moved towards the back of the house and saw Doug, still consistent with the clothes he was wearing. I decided then to raise my hands to the sky, close my eyes letting my spirit travel into the higher planes. As I felt myself fall backwards, I returned into the physical body awakening at 8:23AM. I ran upstairs to find that Doug did not arrive yet and decided to head back to bed. Minutes later, at 8:28AM, I heard the knock on the door and it was Doug wearing a white t-shirt with rustic light colored shorts.


Interesting Facts

Minutes before physically awakening from the spiritual body, I saw Doug M. in the experience. I've had these pre-cognitive experiences occur many times in previous of projections.

Doug was wearing the white t-shirt and rustic orange shorts in the physical. During the experience, Doug was wearing the white t-shirt and orange pants that is consistent with validation.

On 06.12.2007 I quietly asked for another sign or validation while out of body.

Np... Don't get me wrong, you won't goto h&*l for taking a toke here and there.. But in the long run, you'll find better control, sustain and indure higher level of consciousness during the experience.

Darren,

You will find that marijuana (drugs) can assist and guide you to the obe. However, you won't be able to nail higher levels of consciousness and sustain longer experiences with drugs.

A few years ago, I decided to give up drinking and put myself to the test. To date, I've touched a drop in 2.5yrs, but my experiences have rocketed with validations, angelic encounters, higher level contacts... all w/o using medicine or drugs.

You projected on my b-day! For the last three years now, I've missed my b-day projecting, but always on the next day 6/13/.

I can point out to you about certain aspects of your obe that validate my experiences. The whitish eyes, I've seen this many times where eye are white, or a light or pool of clear blue water. Along with returning back to the body re-orientating myself as you described.

I wonder why some people are able to remember the NDE and some are not. How long did this occur, the NDE that is?

Also, I read many nde's and most of their awareness returns from the nde days/weeks and months later.

people should read Revelations... the whole book is about visions, dreams, prophecy..  on my site, I created in a word document my last four month study and picked out the dreams, trance, visions, miracles, which amounted to about 70 pages... I also wanted to document each book so that I could remember a brief outline of the stories being told...

my passion and desire to read the good book (bible) was for education, better understand, communicate, and arm myself with knowledge for discussions like these.

i've done a little random sampling asking christians if they have read the whole bible.. the majority said "yes" but surprizingly many have not...

what i am getting at is 1. how can you raise debate if you don't know the teachings of the bible and the experience of obe's?

I spoke with one person who had a NDE and now projects on a monthly basis's. He did note similarities but also differences as well. A lot of what the person stated was level of consciousness and especially the feeling of love, peace and joy.

I'd like to know people who project, than had a NDE how they are able to dicipher differences between the two.

Still never a less, NDE to OBE, or OBE to NDE is a interesting study.

Sorry to lay this on you but I decided to add my FAQ section from my web site. Based on my experience reading the niv bible (last four months), and true obe experience and spiritual education.

Projecting is not for everyone, I do realize that which is fine. One doesn't need to find God through out of body experiences. All that matters is that they find what they call "God" vs. finger pointing what religion is better, and judging quickly based on lack of experience.

You can't label paranormal as "satanic" if you've never experienced it more than thousands of times. What people "know" or think they "know" leads to fear. Experience is the true and only validation and not just a couple of times.

Do you think astral projection, dream communication defies religion?
No! Astral Projection does not defy religion at all. Throughout the bible
there are many scriptures that talk about God, Christ, Angels using dreams or trance state of consciousness as a valid and legitimate religious tool to communicate. Either as a warning, visions, guidance, explanation, prophecy, that follows the message of God.

Read the following scriptures about "how" dreams or trance communication between God, Angels, Spirits and humans are a legitimate religious tools.

Genesis 15:01 - God's Covenant With Abram
1 After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:
"Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, [a] your very great reward."

Genesis 46:02 - Jacob Goes to Egypt

Kings 1 3:04 & 14- Solomon Asks for Wisdom
4 The king went to Gibeon to offer sacrifices, for that was the most important high place, and Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar. 5 At Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you." 14 And if you walk in my ways and obey my statutes and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life." 15 Then Solomon awoke—and he realized it had been a dream.


Many people would argue that out of body experiences / astral projection are divination and thrill seeking. Allowing one-self to follow evil entities, false visions that will  lead to the path of darkness.

One should definitely test their intent, cause and reason during the experience. To validate if it yields spiritual education, positive influence on one's physical life and others is the key. 

Here are some more scriptures to consider.

John 4:1 - Test the Spirits
1Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God.

The famous saying goes "The unknown leads to Fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering". We as human beings immediately classify the unknown as mystical because we can't explain it. Then this leads to a fear of the unknown which we assume as evil. Immediately it takes form of hate and then suffering that is categorized as satanic.

Out of Body Experience's and Education eliminates fear and shows the light and love of God. It doesn't push you away, or navigate you away from God, it anchors you to strive and be a better person.

I've read the New International Version Bible published by Zondervan.  Old Testament and New Testament and in my study which took me four months to complete. Nowhere does it state " Out of Body Experiences" are the work of the devil. One that projects doesn't boast, but acknowledges, teaches, and conveys the message of experience.

Corinthians 12:1 - Paul's Vision and His Thorn
1I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. 2I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know—God knows. 3And I know that this man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows— 4was caught up to paradise. He heard inexpressible things, things that man is not permitted to tell. 5I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses. 6Even if I should choose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say.

Since 1987, I started down this path and dived deep into soul searching, spirituality and arriving at one conclusion. There are many ways to worship, follow, and practicing faith in creed. All religions are equal as long there is love of serving what one calls "God". I've found my way of testing the out of body experiences and it has yielded good fruit, it has taught me how to care, love,  grow spiritually, and become a better person. It is definitely a gift and an honor to be able to project. This is how I found God and not Satan.


Romans 12:3 - Living Sacrifices  
3For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. 4Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. Corinthians 13:1 - Love

Indeed! I'm reading/listening to this audio book by "Further Conversations with God" by Mike Redfield and it goes into the depths of evolution, spiritualism, science and religion. Explaining that all religions have associations with paranormal (it being angels, trance, absent from the body, dream communication) and so fourth.

So what makes Christians feel that this is divination when it's printed in the bible. As I said in my earlier post

"The unknown leads to Fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering"

If the person takes the time and reviews the data in the bible and understands "intent" - thats all is needed.

Here's a simple analogy:

Someone purchases a gun which can be used to ways of intent. 1. Hunting for food 2. Killing people  Now, it's the same principle with religion. If you use this information to love, care, become a better person and serve along with having obe's no one can dispute your intent. However, if it's for selfish gain, to use this knowledge to harm, kill, practice against the other person - well, that all is needed to be said.

People are too quick to judge and anger which causes mixed signals.


Here's another example from Daniel in the NIV bible which is filled with dream interpretation and
trance consciousness:

The book has two distinct parts: a series of narratives and four apocalyptic visions. Three of the narratives involve Daniel, who has the gift of prophecy, interpreting the meaning of dreams and divine omens. Two other narratives feature Israelites who have been condemned for their piety being miraculously saved from execution. In the second part of the book, the author reveals and partially interprets a set of visions which are described in the first person.


-- Where does it say that Daniel was evil, hate, out for himself, going against God's word? - Again, we go back to "Intent" and how he practices this information.

When I read the whole OT and NT I kept a log of the passages about dreams, trance, obe, near death reported in the bible. Yes, meditation can be practiced many ways, in prayer, inward, silence, listening, trance work or just cleaning the mind. Here's another good example how "God communicates to us through dreams" and is a legitimate christian tool.

Job:33:14
14 For God does speaknow one way, now another  though man may not perceive it.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men
as they slumber in their beds,

16 he may speak in their ears  and terrify them with warnings,

The dream setting took place at my mom and dad's house where a party or social event was taking place. Not understanding why or how this event unfolded, my dad and I started verbally fighting with vulgarity of words thrown at each other. I felt the glory inside of cutting my dad down in front of the guests at this event. My dad walked away and made his way to the basement where I decided to continue the fight. I took a good look at my dad and noticed that he was old in years. As we kept up the verbal fighting I started to question myself "I don't swear in the physical world and my relationship with my dad excellent".

The scene faded and I found myself sitting on a bus seat in a daze where I became conscious of my new surroundings. I'm not sure if this was a community or school bus, but based on instinct I feel it was a school bus. I scanned the environment and noticed mostly young boys and a few girls in their teen years. One person I immediately identified was my dad around 15-19 years old. This would have placed me in the time period between 1946 –1950 where my dad was in his teen years.

As I observed my dad, I noticed he was playing with this small brown cloth sack that was stitched at the top and bottom seams. This small brown cloth bag was the size of his palm. My dad would throw the sack up into the air, kick it with his foot to the next person without the sack landing to the floor. This game reminded me of hacky sack, but this was not invented until early 1970's. Next to my dad was a girl with red hair, yellow flowery dress and carrying books on her lap. The girl didn't appear to be interested in this game and tried to keep to herself. However, my dad tried to interest this girl in joining this game but she still remained quiet.

I decided to ask and test this girl about the game they were playing. I asked her "Do you know anything about this game, is there internet web site for the manufacturer"? The girl looked at me confused about my question, especially about The Internet Web Site.

My dad rose to his feet from the seat and approached me, and I embraced him crying in his arms. I explained to my dad that I was his son and to forgive me for what I will put you though in the future. As he was comforting me, I looked to the left side of the bus and noticed my friend "Mike L." and communicating to him I said "I hope you remember this".  The scene faded and I could feel the transition of my empty physical body coming back to life. The best way to describe is the feeling of blood circulating back into the body from being numb.

As I became conscious of the physical world around me I pondered the thought about not narrating this experience. I really didn't think much of it but to play it safe, I quickly narrated all the details into my pocket pc to mp3 format. I asked myself "What do I have to lose if I contact my dad over the phone and explain what I experienced. Most likely he would tell me all of this was invalid". 

However, the experience wasn't invalid of what took place as I narrated this to my dad over the phone. I compiled a list of questions before hand to ask my dad and verified this twice throughout the day with him.

Questions

1. Did you play with a sack when you were in the school, friends, or navy?
Reply: Yes, going someplace on a bus, there was no name for this. It was just something you
would throw around for a form of entertainment.

2. What country would you have played this?
Reply: USA

3. Dad did take the bus a lot with his friend, mostly men on the bus?
Reply: Yes, all the time.

4. What time period was it when you were a teenager?
Reply: 1946-1950

5. Do you remember a girl who had red hair, yellow long flowery dress
and carrying books on this bus ride?
Reply: No.

6. Tell me more about this game with this cloth sack.
Reply: Every so often my friends would fill up a sack with beans, tennis ball,
or paper tossing it around to pass time.

Interesting Facts

1. Seeing my dad at young and old in a dream and the out of body experience.

2. Validation of the bus, mostly friends (men) on the bus.

3. Validation of the sack game.

4. Response from the girl not understanding "The Internet".

6. I never knew that my dad played this game. Never gave it much thought
of my dad using the bus to travel all over town. Silly as it might sound, I
thought his mode of transportation was the automobile.

7. A few days prior, I asked for a sign of validation. I didn't think it would be
blunt and direct!

I just recently finished reading the whole entire NIV Bible (audio) in mp3 format dramaitization from Zondervann. This covers the OT and NT and I found so many similar experiences that the prophets wrote about in my own personal obe's.

The key here is education and intent how one understands the bible and practices obe/spirituality. Its very easy for society to look at obe's(astral projection) as witchcraft, devil's work, satanism, etc.. but the truth is experience and how it yields positivity.

I've been projecting since 1987 and have had thousands of obe's. Now, one would think that is a lot and it is. But I can tell you in my journies, I tested the spirits who follow God and who don't. I'm wise enough and notice the difference between love and hate.

My whole point here is that in the last twenty years, I'm a hospice volunteer, spiritual support compannion to the dying, attactive in my church, lead a healthy relationship with my wife, friends. I don't drink, swear, take drugs and never been convicted of crime. (not yet.. j/k ) I'm a full time worker, computer consultant, run my own business, active in the comunity and much more.

Does this sound like it ruined my life or took me down the wrong path?

Here's a quote for you to mediate on:

Until you dive into "why you want to project and what you can do to serve your God and community" you'll
battle fear...

problem with this is that I've been able to record video tape and document where the experience begins and ends. when I had placed myself into the trance state the experience in physical terms took 10 minutes, but in the astral the experience was about 2-3mins.. there's obviously a problem with their statement made with timing..

Welcome to AP and your begining of a long spiritual journey. When I mean spiritual, it's just not "flying around having a good time on the other side". You will learn a lot through patience, kindness, education and this will be a life changing event. The work you put into practice, trial / error, exploration in the astral you'll arrive patiently at slow results. It will take time to chip away the ice of validation and spiritual awakening.

Anyways, pay attention to the people on this board, join in the discussions, ask away, but don't be afraid of falling down.. just make sure you have the will to get back on your feet. 

My suggestion for you and what helped me along the way for the last twenty years is tracking your progress through journals, what you eat, exercise, diet. What ever you can get your hands on for reading material go for it!

I do agree with you and what you stated. It's always good to validate, be skeptical of the experience. I'm still and I've been at this since 1987 and have had thousands of obe's. But till nothing can tell me different when I return, see validations, precogs, and how it's made a difference in my physical and spiritual life.

Thats one thing science will never be able to take away.

try video recording your session and when the pain occurrs, you'll be able to acess whats going on
the outside while the experience is happening on the inside.

this might help you get past this pain. i would also be careful and make sure yourdoing your research and consider your health if it interferes.
