It is time to go into the brainwaves, brainwave patterns, and restructuring your patterns to let in more information. There are two types of calls that can come in through the crystal which are gone into in more detail in this video. There are also story-form transmissions, as contrasted with the more well known contact series, the full facial portraits of galactic beings we most often share—each of the first 6 of these story-form transmissions are shared in this segment.

Daily dream recall.
Meditation. --holding a single thought, or placing awareness on awareness without straying.
Pranayama. --breath awareness and breathing patterns *you really have focus to keep the awareness AND the patterns.
Tratak.   --focused gazing.

Mm, that room sounds incredible!.. I will come visit, lol. The lure will be irresistible. I have found myself in experiences before in crystal caves. Specifically an amethyst crystal cave. I seem to go there for healing but there is more to it. I can get at the feeling of it all, but not see in full detail. I think all planets are crystal at their core. Earth is ( not really earth ) but clear quartz crystal. If I remember correctly, even our science is aware of the crystal cores of some planets. I cannot remember where I heard that so I cannot link you -but it is fascinating, isn't it? I think you may mean a planet that is crystal all way through to its surface. Can you even imagine! It's funny, I am not someone who was ever a crystal person. I was Instructed to go out and find my crystal in the early 2000s. I found her, Isza, in roughly 2010. Then this body of work you see above began in 2017. Though it was 2020 before I seriously started working with it. So it hasn't even been that long. But holykerPOW, how far it has come and how fast. It makes me happy that you have a shop nearby that you can access. I can feel the molten warmth when you speak of the crystals.

This body of work began in 2017, but it wasn't until roughly the year 2020 that I really began having the opportunity to work with it. At this time I began not only trying to understand it at a greater depth and to a greater degree but explaining the process involved to others. It has been a slooow but ongoing process of discovery. It is challenging to unpack something like this, that has at this time, to my knowledge, no originating precedence to help give a leg up. Thank you for listening to my story, and for your comments. The really big thing for me is that I think I am reaching a breakthrough on an aspect of my experience I have yet to fully process. Something significant just happened this morning in the fields. It is quite surprising. I am going to try to look into more over the coming days and then I will share what happened.

Thank you, Lightbeam -I have been doing this for more than a decade now but this trip in particular has been very helpful to me, to my process. There are unresolved aspects to the Experience I began moving through in 2009, I felt these unresolved aspects began getting touched on in the scheme of me connecting with this project ( Breaking the Silence ), and driving up to meet Steve and Mary. I aim to resolve all that is possible through this venture and begin going out to meet a wider group of people. For real this time, lol. It almost happened when Kerry Cassidy had me on Project Camelot but I really wasn't ready yet for a wider audience. I could feel my hesitation, AND it was not quite like what I am involved in now. Which is deeper into my own inner processes, and aimed at personal growth. This feels much better. This past week I touched base with Alan Steinfeld, from New Realities. He expressed an interest to have me on. Maybe that will happen next, or at some point down the line. He seemed quite interested in the Spiritual development side of things, which is really encouraging to me. It is where most my interest lays as well.

I went back and forth on which forum to post this in and kept landing here. I hope it's right.

In the dream state this past month I was directed to reach out to three other people or groups of people and ask how I could help them with their projects. The day after this suggestion was first made an article was posted on a Wordpress blog I follow and in it Steve Neill, who hosts this new project "Breaking the Silence" was featured. Steve is filming experiencers tell their stories of abductions, contact, sightings and other anomalous phenomena. I wrote and asked him how I could help. He had a look at my sites and asked if I could drive up to Ventura, CA, and if I would be willing to tell my story on film. I said yes, and two weekends ago I did. The show just premiered tonight. This is it. If anyone has the time to watch, please watch on youtube and leave a comment for Steve and Mary, who really appreciate the feedback from those who watch any of their shows. Steve is a lifetime experiencer himself, both he and Mary are in their 70s and really do work so hard on this project. I think their end goal is after some time to produce a documentary with the best of their experiencer testimonials.

My own story spans the greater part of 60 years- I had to squash this into 20 or so minutes.

Though frazzled, I tried my best to include my entire spiritual unfolding.

Leading into the ET contact work I do now with crystals.

How is the app different from simply using your own consciousness? from connecting eye to eye with the actual being in the frame. Someone will have to explain to me how the app works exactly, because I will not utilize the G-people. How was your first experience?

Wow!.. I have not posted here in this thread in 3 years, my skill with the crystal(s) has come a long way in the time since. I now isolate the beings, center and face them front so we can look at them eye-to-eye. I have begun the process of connecting with them, receiving a name concept and data on their general species. No easy feat, because 400-500 of them have come through at this point. Not all in a portrait style such as the one you see above -but I try to make time to at least initially connect with them all for embedding purposes. It makes them easier to remember down the line, when they often DO come through more closely to me for a portrait -which are for the human collective -to help prepare the human central nervous system for contact -ie: graduation into 4-5-6D, the galactic reality. The video below is a work in progress. I add to it every so often and will continue to do so until all I have to share relative to this work has been said. Each new segment gets tacked onto the front of previous segments so that in the end it all exists as a single resource. --not unlike a book. Please enjoy, and if inspired do let me know how you experience this phenomena. Your input expands my awareness and helps me improve.

Hello Casey, thank you for answering and for your advice, I'll take a look in this practice.

Surprisingly enough, I've heard of Byron Katie and since I was having major problems to trust any internet popular """"gurus""" I searched more about her and saw many negative comments towards her, even that she lied about lots of things. But I'm fairly conscious that just because some people take advantage of certain positions doesn't meant that everything is 100% fake. May I ask if you used this and how "The Work" helped you?

And I honestly can't even imagine. Byron Katie is an EXCEPTIONAL teacher. I can only think such a thing would be a smear campaign. Today's internet.

What she teaches is a form of atma vichara ( self enquiry ) designed for everyday people. Atma vichara has been my main spiritual discipline. It is not easy for regular thinking people but for me it has always been like coming home. I practice a more direct form, than going through the emotions, judgements, and negative thought constructs. <-- I do not have many ( if any ) of these. So the practice is one of attention on attention itself, or awareness on awareness itself.--inwardly following the question "who am I?" When a thought occurs, any thought, the question is not "is it true", it is "to whom does this though occur?" The question is followed. If the mind moves and says "it occurs to me", then the question once more is "who am I?" The result of this is a sustained quieting of the mind. - for the conscious mind ( some might say 'ego' ) does not know. This discipline clears the way and takes one deeper and deeper into the self.

The vast majority of those on the planet today are too distracted for the direct method, so indirect methods such as Byron Katie's can be a godsend. It works in a very similar way, clearing the way, resolving certain tendencies of thought, such as the ones you share in your original post. The Work is designed to help one get clear on the fact that the mind/ego DOES NOT KNOW. Once this awareness becomes more rooted into the conscious self, direct self enquire becomes possible.

In situations like yours, and for us all, really, there is almost no-one better than Byron Katie and "The Work".

It is great you have identified the thoughts/tendencies behind the difficulty you're having. It takes more than making the identification, though, doesn't it? Maybe put them ( and yourself ) now through the Work. Byron explains the simple-but-not-easy process in this less than 9 minute clip. Her work has always fascinated me. She brings the complexity of self enquiry to everyday people and situations. It is truly brilliant. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube where you can sit and watch her work with people so that you can get the hang of how this is done.

The Work is a practice. Make THIS your practice until you are ready to move forward.

The mind we take into what we do is of primary importance to what we do.
(whatever that may be)

Remember- the Work is a meditative not mental process.

I work with crystals. It is a consciousness practice, I combine my consciousness with that of crystals in a way that allows the crystal(s) to act as an extension of my consciousness. - through them I am able to visibly show others who is connecting with me from the withinness of my own mind. It is the OBE, the reworking of my mind-energy-body system that took place through the OBE that allowed all this to begin to happen. I now work with the crystals AS communication devices ( data transferring devices ) -not wholly unlike your idea of approaching our beds as a spirit teleporter. Brilliant, by the way.

So.....all this just to say I now have my own way of showing others that crystals actually do have consciousness.

I have brought roughly 500 discrete beings through the crystal so far to-date.

The realm of crystals is truly extraordinary. No going back!

Interestingly, it is not the OBEs ( experiences in landing locations ) themselves that have taught me the most. They have taught me, but where I have gained the most is in the shifts into and out of them. I have highly conscious shifts. So the phenomena directly inside the shifts, which themselves were many levels deep were what garnered much of my intrigue. In the shifts, one of the things that happens is that a much larger sphere of total activity condenses into a single point. When this happens I see and otherwise experience myself inside a multitude of discrete environments all at once. Environments that both precede and exceed the onset of the OBE itself. The phenomenal thing is that I could hold all this data in this fashion. I would come to call it "synchronous states". Which helped me cognize the "etheric drills" I was being put through. Which helped me to see the "transfer value effects of the OBE on physical reality." This is always going to take us into the Grand-daddy of all experience, isn't it? The Oneness of all things.
