It does happen.  When I am breathing I notice my mind or forehead is relaxed I ap straight away or my inner self decides to go out of my body somewhere.  I either go slowly or quickly.  If it does not happen I relax myself completely and my inner self comes out.  I might do an ap technique and I am there or doing an activity.  Other times when I am breathing in and out, I get vibrations and I know I can get out of my body.

I just breathe in and out.  I do not do anything else.  It does not always work.

I breathe in and out.  This morning I was breathing in and out.  I did not get any ap signs.  I got nothing.  I thought I am going to get out of my body and I did.  It was amazing.  I quickly got out of myself and then I was flying but I was flying too fast and I did not like it.  Unfortunately I woke up.  I know I am off topic but I wanted to mention it.  I have been thinking about it today.  I am not able to talk about it to anyone else.  Does anyone else do that or is it just me?

Lionheart said it very well.  If you try to ap in bed I would advise you to go somewhere else other than your bed.  When I am in bed I drift off.  It is very easy to drift off particularly when you are in bed.  I lie down on a very thin mattress in another room.  It is not comfortable.  If it is too comfortable I will most likely fall asleep.  I still have to concentrate in what I am doing otherwise I can drift off.  It is a lot easier to ap away from my bed.

I wear earrings and I can ap.  I have read that you should not wear jewellery and you should have your head faced north.  I read ap books as a guide.  I take the good things out of it and I ignore what I think is rubbish.  The authors of ap books are just like you and me.  There is nothing special about them.  Just my opinion.   If you think it will be hard as you wear jewellery ap will become hard.  Anything you think is hard will be become a lot harder to ap.  If you do put any restrictions on yourself you will be able to ap a lot easier.

The experts will tell you if you want to ap do not take drugs.  If you do manage to get out of your body you will most likely see awful things.  You will probably not be able to control the way you think.  It is very important to have a good frame of mind to ap otherwise awful things can happen.  Apart from whether you can ap or not, taking drugs is not a good idea.  I have seen drug addicts talking on TV and they sound awful.  It messes up the brain and drugs can kill the brain cells.

I agree with you Lionheart.  There are a lot of greedy people around.  They own properties around the world and they have an excessive amount of things.  I am not jealous of them.  They are entitled to do what they want with their wealth.  You can have all the wealth in the world but it does not bring happiness.  I only have what I need and I am happy with that.

It depends on how committed I am.  If I put my mind to it I can ap often or if I get lazy I do not ap.  I am not concerned anymore how often I ap.  I am wanting to get quality ap's.  By that I mean I must get myself aware.  I want it to be like I am physically.  If you are not that aware dream things can happen.  When you wake up you are wondering what was real and what was not real.  I have had quality ap's.  I want to be able to go where I want to go to and see who I want to see.  That is what I am working on not how often I ap.

I find listening to something is really good if your mind is not relaxed.  I listen to the wind and rain for a while, then I take my head phone off and ap is a lot easier.  If your mind is already relaxed then you do not need it.

I know Lionheart.  You said it before.  I think you are wonderful in wanting to help people like that.  I am wondering why does it mean a lot to you that people can ap and they can see for themselves what it is like.  Why do you want to spent a lot of money and time wanting to help people to ap?  As I said I think you are wonderful in doing it.  I am sure people appreciate what you are doing.

I do not think it is cheating.  If it helps you to ap, you enjoy it and it makes you feel good then it is worth it to you.  It would be better not to rely on a device if you have a choice.  There are two things about it and that is, it could break down and it may cause epileptic fits with some people.  Everything in life has its negatives and positives.  I do not think you could buy something without a negative.  If we thought like that we would not buy anything at all.  I think it is a great tool to have to help with ap.  I am happy for you.  I hope it will work out for you.

I get easily distracted as well.  That is something I have to work on.  I am getting better.  I realise that it is a problem so I keep thinking not to get distracted so I am not getting distracted as much.  In time I should be a lot better at it.  My awareness should get a lot better as well.  It is starting to get into a habit now of trying to get myself aware.  I have to try and be patient.  I will keep practicing and I will get there.

Hi all, I still have to get better at getting my awareness.  I am not spending enough time in getting aware.  I only get myself aware for a short while.  I need to be more aware.  It is not enough just to say I am aware now.  You need to do more than that.  That is from my experiences.  When you are in the astral, how aware are you?  How long does it take for you to get very aware, just like you are physically aware.  Thanks,

Sometimes I get pulled out of my body but I do not think anyone or anything is doing it.  I think my inner self wants to go out so it does.  There are times my inner self goes out very fast and other times I go out much slower.

Rice does not cause sp.  I eat rice a lot and I do not get sp.

When you get sp you do not have to get any ap sensations.  You have a very good opportunity to ap when you get sp.  All you have to do is to spiritually get out of your body.  Do not move your physical body or the ap will end.  People do not seem to like doing what I suggested so you could try an ap technique when you get sp.

Do not wait until you get sp because you may not get sp.  If you like the idea of climbing a robe then do that. 
I am not able to tell you how to spiritually get out of your body as I do not know how to explain it.  You just do it but that does not tell you how to do it.  I just thought of a gentler approach.  Try to imagine your arms are moving out of your body and when it starts to move out then you can spiritually move it yourself.  It takes practice to get it right.  It is a useful tool to be able to do it.  If something fails you have a back up.

Lionheart is correct.  It does not matter how you get out as the end result is the same.

If you wait when the sp is over, the opportunity to ap will end as well.  When you get sp you need to get out of your body as there is a short time limit.  If you take too long to get out, the ap will end.  It is better to try to do an ap technique to get out.   If that does not work you can spiritually get out of your body.  If you move your physical body the ap will end.

Experiment and see what works best for you.  The whole idea of the beats is to relax your mind.  If the beats is loud it probably would not relax you.  I listen to the wind, rain and ocean.  I only listen to it for a short while.  Then I take my headphone off.  We are all different.  My way of doing it may not be your way.

Hi all, This morning I kept saying I am aware now.  I stayed out longer but I am not really satisfied.  Next time I am going to do everything what you suggested.  I will keep saying I am aware now, I will rub my hands together, feel my face, hands etc.  I will not go anywhere until I feel very aware, just like I am physically.  It is important to be very aware otherwise it can feel that it is a bit like a dream.
