If you were a drawer or painter I think you would be more talented if you can visualise.  I do not think being able to visualise will make you any smarter.

There are a number of reasons why people cannot ap as you know.   When I fail to ap I ask myself what went wrong.   I try to work it out.  I do it differently the next time.   By doing that I often ap.   Perhaps other people do not try to work it out for themselves and reply on other people to help them.   That is not a bad thing but I think it is best if you work it out for yourself.   What works for me may not work for you.

You have to concentrate so you do not fall asleep.   You have to know your ap signs.   Quite often ap signs can be very slight but if you miss it you will fall asleep.   I am ap many times but I also fall asleep.   When I fall asleep I realise that I forgot to concentrate.

I use this method all the time.   It works but it can take time.   You have to be patient.   When lying down you relax more and more provided your mind is relaxed.   If you keep thinking things it can take longer to ap.

I think it is a waste of money.   Of course, there is no harm in trying.   I think you can ap.   All you have to do is mediate for a while.   If nothing happens do an ap technique.   If you do not succeed have a break and try again.   Keep trying until you will succeed.   Eventually you will succeed.   To succeed you have to put your mind to it.   At times I do not feel like making the effort and I do not ap.   It helps if you believe you will ap.   The more you believe you will ap, the more likely you will ap.

Affirmations are great.  It can help a lot.   It does not matter what you say so long as you understand it.

I have never heard your eyes would open even if you wear a blindfold before.  If that was me, I am sure my eyes would stay closed.   Perhaps it is not your physical eyes that is opening.   It could be your astral eyes.   It can feel very real just like your physical self.   If you cannot do anything about it, the best thing might be is to try to ignore it.   The more you notice it, the more annoying it will get and the longer you will get past it.

It feels very peaceful and I don't feel the body in that state but I'm not "out". lol
Enjoy the feeling of floating.   It happened to me once.   It was a great feeling.   I was not sure what was happening at first.   I thought if meditation is like this I am going to meditate all the time.   I just enjoyed the feeling of floating and then I was floating higher and higher up towards the trees.   I did not expect it to happen.   I was meditating early in the afternoon and I was not expecting to ap.

I do not know what the others said.   My opinion is no one knows.   You could be trying to work it out for years and still not know.  We are here to do the best we can.   People marry for the right reasons not to get rewarded.

I practiced looking through my eyes but I was not able to keep it up for long.   Perhaps I will be able to with more practice.

Hi all, I am going to start getting into the habit of looking through my eyes.   When I start seeing things then I will know that I am getting close.   When do you start to look through your eyes.   Do you do it straight away or wait for a little while.

I think it is best not to try to ap when you are tired.   Being tired you are likely to fall asleep.  You do not have to be tired to be able to ap.   There is nothing wrong with drinking coffee, not in excess of course if it helps you.

What happened to number 3, the exit technique.   Did you try an ap technique to get out.    You do not have to do an ap technique.   You can still ap and do nothing.   To do this your mind has to be relaxed.   Forget the sensation you are getting as that may stop you from getting out.   It did with me.

I have had ap experiences when it feels like I am physically there but I am not.   I am extremely alert.    The experience is brilliant.   You can feel the wind and I see everything clearly.   The landscape is magnificent. It is fantastic.   I have had other experiences when everything is vague.   It is just like a dream.   I am not impressed with dreams.   I am not saying that with other peoples experiences.   I am saying that is how I feel with my experiences.   When it is a bit like a dream things tend to be created from your mind.  When the experience is vague I say, I am aware now.   I feel the grass and say it again.   I feel my hands, feel my face etc and say it again.   I keep doing it until I am very alert.

Thread Killer I found your question was not vague.   I do not think astralization wants to hear anything except to hear that someone is willing to be his teacher or someone to help him.

Sometimes doing a technique does not work.    Next time just stay relaxed and try not to think of anything.    Your mind has to be very relaxed otherwise it will not work.    If you are successful you will likely ap instantly somewhere.

This is awkward for me to say as other people say you must forget your physical body.   If I did not feel my physical body I would miss out on aping a lot.   When I am out of my body that is when I try to forget my body.   When you are very relaxed it is a good idea to try to do an ap technique to get out of your body.   If it does not work you need to get more relaxed.

If you keep relaxing more and more you will get vibrations or slip out of your body as you are so relaxed.   It has happened to me many times.

Being tired is not a good time to try to ap otherwise it is very easy to fall asleep.   Do you practice meditation.    Meditation is very useful as it helps you to relax.

Do not worry about what people think.   I have learnt with ap books and that is to read things you like and ignore parts of the book that you do not like.     If you get something out of the book then that is all that matters.

Not being able to sleep is a big help to ap.   It is best not to be sleepy when we ap and to be awake and alert.
Because you are not able to sleep does not mean you will ap.   You have to work at it.   It is a skill we have to learn.    Practice relaxing yourself and very importantly your mind.    Your mind has to be relaxed.   If you are thinking I cannot sleep and I have had enough of this, it is very likely you will not succeed.  Practice meditating.   Any doubts that you will not succeed usually makes ap harder.

Are you sure you are in the vibration state.   It is unusual that you are in that state for over an hour.   I only get in that state for a very short time.  If you are not in that state that could explain why you are having difficulty in getting out.   It is good that you are ignoring the sensations but your mind has to be relaxed as well.   That is how it is for me.    If I am thinking of something, that can wreck it.   You can get out by itself.   Just stay relaxed and wait to ap.
