Yes you did.  Next time say I can see.  Keep saying it until you can see well.

One more thing, I would advise you to forget about the sleep paralysis.  If it happens it happens.  You can ap without getting sp.

I did not reply to the other thread so this is what I think.  I think what you are doing is fine.  The reason you are not able to ap is probably because your mind is not relaxed enough.  Your body is probably relaxed but it is not enough.  Your mind has to be relaxed otherwise it is a lot harder to do or it does not happen.  To solve that problem I listen to a CD of the rain, thunder and wind.  I used to be up all hours without results until I started listening to the CD.  If your mind is relaxed you should be able to ap without any problems.  It also helps a lot if you believe you will ap.

You sound like you have lost confidence which is not surprising.  I think most people would have lost confidence if they have not ap for over a year.  That is a big part of the problem.  You have to know you can ap and it will happen.  You have to convince yourself that you can ap.  Keep telling yourself you can ap even if it does not happen.  If you do this, ap will become a lot easier to do.  The next step is get at least five hours sleep.  If you are too tired you are likely to fall asleep.  Your mind must be relaxed.  I listen to a CD of the sounds of the rain, wind and thunder.  It is very calming and relaxing.  When the CD is finished I just wait till I can ap.  It will happen, it always does.  There is nothing more to it.  It is very simple.

You may not believe me but I would advise you to stop trying to relax.  That is your problem.  You are already relaxed.  You have been asleep for four hours.  You have to change your thinking about trying to relax otherwise it will prevent you to ap.  Get into a position and stay with it.  Accept the way your body feels and keep saying to yourself for a while that I am relaxed and I am not moving.  It may not work overnight but it time it will work.  You just have to relax your mind not your body.

That is right, you said your eyes were open.  It should not matter either way if your eyes were closed or open.  You should be able to ap.

That is wonderful for you to see things in your bedroom when your eyes were closed.  You can get out of your body if you want to.  It is a perfect opportunity to do it if you wish.  It happened to me a few years ago.  My eyes were closed and I could see everything in my bedroom.  I have never forgotten it.  When it happened I thought, what do I do?  The only thing I thought of was to get out of my body and that is what I did.  I spiritually got out of myself.

start to listen to hemi sync and trying to ap
well all i expirianced that my body was spining  and some times my body would rock back and forth like from right to left in postion of arms is it i just got dizzy?

When you are feeling your body moving back and forth try to get out of your body.  When you feel yourself spin, move away from your body.  I have never felt like I was spinning before.  Move yourself spiritually away from your body.  If you leave it too long to get out, it is likely the ap process will end. 

and i could never realx all my body completly  and time to time i feel like i almost losoe my concines and i feel like i was about drift to sleep and i try to keep my mind awake

Do not worry about it too much.  It sounds likely were doing well.  You were just about to ap when you got the sensation.

and one time i had dream and i was still dreaming but i could feel my pshysical body but still have dream and soem times in dream i realise that im dreaming  and i tell my self i want to have obe most of the time all go black and strong feeling of vibrations come and i feel like im awake but cant realy move my body cant open my eyes etc

We do not always get vibrations to ap.  Anything can happen.

That must be exciting for you.  I bet you cannot wait until you get it.  I hopes it goes very well for you.  I am looking forward hearing about how it went.

I am not able to comment on it as I do not know.  All I can say about it is, wow, how amazing.  Did you tell your mother about the voice you heard.  I wonder what she thought about it.  I occasionally hear voices when I am meditating or drifting off to sleep.  I used to think the voices I hear is just a lot of garbage that comes from my mind.  Perhaps a lot of it is garbage but your experience proves that there is more to it.  There is another explanation.

As of this morning I am going to take Xanth's advice.  Lionheart may have encouraged me as well.  I do not remember.  I do not like leaving anyone out.  I am going to start phasing tomorrow morning.  I do not think I can rely on my mind to relax all the time to know that I can ap.  Since I have started making a big effort to try to ap every morning for the last week or so, I realise I cannot think this is going to happen.  I could get the vibrations, I may not get any vibrations, I may slip or move out of my body etc.  I have to be prepared that anything can happen.  This morning I did not get any ap sensations.  I fell asleep twice.  If I was phasing I probably would have noticed that I was about to go out of my body.  I have a question for those that can ap a lot.  When you have an experience do you write about it in the forum?  The reason I am asking is because I do not want to irritate people.  It may not be irritating to people.  I am not sure.  It is hard to keep it to yourself when I have no one to tell about my experiences.

zareste you are not aware of it but you ap every night.  As you ap every night you can consciously ap regardless of what any book says.

I wish I could convince you that anyone can ap.  There are many times that I could not ap.  I kept trying and thinking everyday what can I do to make it work.  The books did not help me to ap.  I never gave up.  I have never studied ap.  I do not think it is necessary.  I think anything that sounds complicated should be avoided as ap is not supposed to be complicated.  Just my opinion.  Book writers are not always correct on this subject.  I think they are learners like we are.  Some have had more experience but they are still learners.  They have the ability to write a book.  I like reading ap books.  I get good ideas but I do not take everything they say is true.

You are amazing as well.  Wow, 20 years of trying.  You deserve to ap as you never gave up.  I want you to be able to ap.  I do not believe it is genetic or you are different to anyone else.  I am not born with it, far from it.  I have to work at it to make it happen.  You may not realise but you probably were in a position to ap.  I have found a number of times that I could ap.  I got no indication or signal that I could ap.  All I had to do was an ap technique.  I found that out by accident.  If you were up all night, you have a high chance to ap.  I did not lie down all night and morning, I think that is a mistake.  I would get up and do something for a while then I would try again.  If you are lying down for a long time you are likely to get sore from lying down or frustrated.  You have to have a positive mind that you will succeed.  At the moment you are saying I am not able to do it.  Success happens when you are confident and know you can do it.  I would advise you to say, during the day and night when you can, I can ap and keep repeating it.  It will get into your mind that you can ap and you will start to find ap is getting easier.

desert-rat that is amazing that you have tried to ap for 25 years without success.  If that was me, I would have got desperate.  I would have stayed up all night until I ap.  Do not listen to me, a lot of people probably would think I was silly.  Perhaps I am.  I have stayed up all night when I have not ap for a while.  I do not seem to have to do that anymore.

Perhaps you could try this when you see greylish/darkness.  When I see darkness, I say, I can see and I keep saying it until I can see well.  I am able to see landscapes how they it would look when you physically see it.

That is interesting Lionheart, you do the same way as I do.  How often would you ap?  Would it be every day?  For the last few mornings I have been practicing and I feel happy because I do not feel tired.  That means I should be able to practice every morning if I want to.  I am hoping the more practice I get, the better I will get.  Are you getting a lot better with ap experiences?

To ap your mind has to be relaxed.  You can ap and your mind is not relaxed but it is a lot harder to do.  I listen to a CD to help my mind relax.  It is the sounds of rain, wind and thunder.  I do not ap from it but it helps a lot to get my mind relaxed.  When the CD is finished I wait.  I get into a bit more comfortable position and then I will relax my whole body all at once.  That usually does it.  I can do an ap technique to get out.  I would advise not to listen to something that is too relaxing as it may put you to sleep.  I listened to something very relaxing and I fell asleep.

It is not the technique that is failing you.  Everyone talks about it is the ap technique that is wrong so they try another technique and another.  It keeps going on and on.  They get frustrated and sometimes people give up.  It is not the technique.  When your mind and body is right any technique will work.  I would advise to choose only one technique and stay with it.  You have to notice your body and mind how it feels.  If you do not notice it you will likely fall asleep.
