Real science has said and continues to say that we are heading into another ice age. In 5000 years half the planet will be under permafrost.

Rudolph, it's hard to take you seriously with a statement like that. Permafrost is the surface layer of SOIL that stays frozen year round in arctic regions. The only thing "under permafrost" is the somewhat warmer earth a few feet down.

We're not going to buried under permafrost. Under a glacier, maybe.

I had to *search the net* to find out what a 'scattergun' is!  Wow, a weapon for war!
So you claim that I am behaving in a war-like fashion, and worse, that I use my words as weapons in an indiscriminate manner.
Admittedly I am in some estimates, an uncouth personality, so I will try to beat my scattergun into a trowel, a useful tool for discriminately digging around.

I am not sure what your point is. My comment was there is no sense in destroying the world economy out of fear generated by a big lie.

I have thought more on this aspect of 'world' and 'economy' and have reached the conclusion (at the moment) that if a system of controlling influence over the affairs of human beings is so vulnerable as to be destroyed by the mere whim of human fear manipulated by gossip and rumor, then it is a weak and useless system.

Weak for its vulnerability.

Useless for its ability to serve the humanity it hasn't realised it cannot really control
