An excellent video by William Buhlman on ghosts and fear that can be generated from beings we see during projections.

Thanks for sharing. William Buhlman is one of the original and authentic pioneers of inner exploration. "Be not afraid" is extremely important advice, in this world, and in particular the non-physical where projectors will meet their fears in a much more immediate and real way. Fear is diametrically opposite to Love. Entering the non-physical with Love in the Heart will not only protect against any negative entity, but also facilitates experiences and Beings corresponding with Love.

I agree Adrian. William Buhlman is one of the most credible authorities out there. Plus his demeanor and delivery is so peaceful and reassuring. The message here is incredibly helpful to not only deal with negative beings we may encounter, but how not to encounter them in the first place.

I liked the most recent episode of the why files:
Well, I thought it was the latest. It turns out the author of the Why Files just released an episode and it looks like he's discussing AI and the dead internet theory  :-D

But this is the episode I wanted to share:

"Dark Oxygen"

"Two miles below the Pacific Ocean, scientists have discovered something impossible: rocks that generate electricity and produce oxygen without sunlight. These ancient metallic 'batteries' could be the original source of Earth's oxygen - before plants or algae existed."

An excellent video by Eckhart Tolle is linked below. To summarize: We are so used to thinking all the time that we forget how healthy it is be in a non-thinking state. This is "the relinquishment of doing".  Instead we all too often focus on physical world problems. Solve one problem in the physical world and another pops up. Eckhart Tolle discusses how important the state of not thinking is and how it helps us discover our formless sense of presence/essence. Living in the present is so important, but a very challenging state for humans to stay in.

<3 today in meditation, a friend suggested i imagine- and i respect her practice. but i did not want to imagine any specific exercise- i only wanted to allow myself to be open to the stillness and to feel. it was a beautiful meditation for both of us. your thoughts and video are affirming of my own experiences. in fact, most alignments with the world around me happen when i drop the thoughts preoccupied with self. and, considering these alignments are moments i live for- i understand why so many disciplines teach the willing renunciation of the ego or self- a difference between self and Self big S.

"meditation is the realization of your essence" - i agree whole heartedly. thanks for this personal alignment.
his expressions are quite humorous too. i enjoyed this video~

Meditation is usually considered to be a separate practice to be engaged in when not engaged with the physical world. And a most valuable practice it indeed is. Life, living however can become a "living meditation", the mind at peace, devoid of conscious thoughts, being aware only of the moment of now, focussed on the Heart and within. This way, life becomes effortless, peaceful and always perfect.

Adrian, the second part of what you speak of life becoming a "living meditation" is another level up and truly an amazing state of being if achieved. The best I can do (at the suggestion of LB) was when I hike in the woods to walk with eyes open in a state of full meditation, being fully present and in a state of oneness (especially with the nature around me). This I have achieved. The closer I get to civilization, buildings, cars, stores, people, etc...  the harder it becomes to maintain this state. When I am in the human created/materialistic environment, my mind becomes busier which is counterproductive to the goal of a quiet mind.

Yes, nature is absolutely the best place to engage in any form of meditation. But of course many live in or close to towns and cities, have jobs to go to etc. which makes a living meditation very challenging indeed. But any time away from that environment to meditate, even a local park, is of course most valuable. Zen Buddhists engage in a walking meditation called "Kinhin", but of course they usually live in an environment where there are no distractions.  A wonderful time to engage in any form of outdoor meditation is at dawn, when there are no people around, and few distractions, just peace, quiet and the sound of the birds "morning chorus".

Speaking of dawn reminded me of this wonderful poem from Sanskrit, which is not about living in the momemt, but living for the present day. It is entitled, "Salutation To The Dawn":

Look to this Day!
For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
In its brief course lie all the
Verities and Realities of your Existence;
The Bliss of Growth,
The Glory of Action,
The Splendor of Beauty;
For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And Tomorrow is only a Vision;
But Today well lived makes every
Yesterday a Dream of Happiness, and every
Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day!
Such is the Salutation of the Dawn.

An interesting thing I notice from early morning meditations. If I practice mind awake body asleep method, and then fall asleep... my state of sleep is quite different than normal sleep. The sleep is very light and my mind is softly active darting around different thoughts, but in curious non-disruptive manner. Sometimes this state does lead to metaphysical activity. It feels a bit different than a true hypnagogic state.

Many of us have been on the AI thread discussing various topics associated with it. This guest at Next Level Soul is an M.D. and touches on many of the overall themes we have been discussing. I am putting the video here because it contains info that can help a broader audience (not just the AI topic). Despite the title, this is not a fear based video. The podcast discusses topics such as: why humanity is in the state we are in, why we choose to go down certain unproductive and harmful paths, what and why are we exposed to the subsequent lessons tied to such poor choices. It's an interesting watch. The guest, even though a medical doctor with various specialties, is very spiritual and also very intelligent. Nice to see a science based person on a spiritual path, which is becoming more and more common these days.

That's why these schools are simulations. The poor choices and perceived pain and destruction are all necessary to create the contrast, so they are beneficial. There are no failures. Every experience regardless of what does it look like from the lowest point of view adds to the knowledge of existence. Someone's poor choice creates a challenge someone else needs and wants to experience to grow. We can't learn without tests, but these tests we need to create for each other, so some play villains thus giving opportunities for others to be heroes. In other lives they switch roles.
This knowing gives me complete content and peace no matter what I see and observe. It is all orchestrated as necessary for expansion and contrast, for appreciation of the unconditional love and our core essence.

I understand that we as characters need to play our roles and take actions according to our theme and what we believe is right, so we should take actions. In this life my role is a compassionate helper. I have my own opinion on what is wrong and what is right and I take actions and spread awareness accordingly. Those who align with my character's theme would gravitate and connect with me. Those who have other roles will not, but that's ok. I understand the dynamic and I perceive everyone as equal, no matter what. In my eyes I always see everything and everyone as spirits, therefore I dont categorize as more enlightened, less enlightened. But I am able to observe on a character level as well and see deep within their roles why they act/behave the way they do. And I am able to analyze without judgement. Because I see the infinity of all that is, I see every reality. I know that in many Earth as we know it gets destroyed in many ways along with our other versions. Other Earth versions thrive like heavens.  The thing is that EVERYTHING exists along with EVERYTHING US, so I dont cling to outcomes, I dont try to control outcomes. All experience is valuable. I flow with the wave of synchronicity and fill my mind with excitement simply because I exist and I get to experience such diverse array of observations and see lessons unfolding all the time, not only for me but for others, for the entire All That Is. And that is truly fascinating.

The way you explain it LB is that there is repetition and order within chaos that promotes underlying meaning with accompanying lessons. This would mean a tightly knit, but very elaborate and complex series of orchestrated events between bad players and good. I want to think this, but sometimes I wonder if we are just at the end of a large chaos theory cycle where it's hitting the fan because of decades of bad motives and decisions by the ones (the few) in power which detrimentally harm the masses and the earth. Time will tell. If we collectively grow from the chaos and bad decisions, and much good eventually comes from it, then your beliefs will prove right. I hope so.

Hey, Frosty, my point is that if we blow up Earth and we find ourselves in spirit we will be like "Wow, we blew up Earth lol, phew it was just a game. And now we know. Lets give it another try in the next game and test our intuition although we know we will forget, but now we know that these are just games and essence of knowledge is gained during each game no matter what the outcome is.
The goals of these simulations are not final outcomes of utopia. The purpose is just experience regardless of what it is.

Humanity has  literally nearly destroyed itself several times before. For example there is ample hard evidence of a nuclear war thousands of years ago, particularly in the middle and far East. The very ancient Sanskrit text, the Mahabharata, contains the following account for example:

Gurkha, flying a swift and powerful vimana [fast aircraft],
hurled a single projectile [rocket]
charged with the power of the Universe [nuclear device].

An incandescent column of smoke and flame,
as bright as ten thousand suns,
rose with all its splendour.

It was an unknown weapon,
an iron thunderbolt,
a gigantic messenger of death,
which reduced to ashes
the entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas.

The corpses were so burned
as to be unrecognizable.

Hair and nails fell out;
Pottery broke without apparent cause,
and the birds turned white.

...After a few hours
all foodstuffs were infected...
...to escape from this fire
the soldiers threw themselves in streams
to wash themselves and their equipment."

When Openheimer was asked after the first modern nuclear test, if this was the first nuclear explosion, he replied "yes, in modern times"

But humans are still here and still learning - only the instrument of the lessons vary.

Quote from: Adrian on Yesterday at 09:03:18Humanity has  literally nearly destroyed itself several times before.

Yes, and this is just one of infinite versions of Earth. In many, Earth isn't nearly destroyed, but fully destroyed in various ways. To that I would say so what, because the value is within the experience and not the outcome. We learn from EVERYTHING. Are those destroyed Earths less important than our Earth. No, they are equally important from All That Is' perspective, yet they get "let" be destroyed. Our Earth if not destroyed by humans or aliens, will eventually be destroyed by the death of our Sun anyway by the laws of demise of physical realities. Our entire physical universe will also die by the same rules. So, humanity's inevitable destruction is just a matter of time in this version of reality.
Look at it this way, in our line of reality the dinosaurs were extinct. It doesn't matter how. Are dinosaurs less than humans? In my opinion they are not less, they are equally important just as a speck of dust as everything is part of all that is and it is equal. But in these simulations, all expressions of spirit come and go. They get "created" and "destroyed" on a character level only all the time at various scales, and that has its purpose. If we believe things fail, then by extension God is failing. Do we believe God is failing, because God technically is everything including what we perceive as good, bad, and ugly.

I am not saying not to take actions to contribute to drive Earth towards experiences of love and light, on the contrary, but to cling tightly to outcomes without seeing the value of all types of experiences is to create resistance and trigger opposite effects. Disappointment in outcomes fuels more of what we don't want.  Surrendering to the NEED of lessons is what will create space for light and love to come forth. Surrendering is not giving up, it is trusting.
