Hey everybody!
I just finally finished completing my site today. I thought I'd share with you my techniques page. Hopefully you might find something here than can be of use. I've been developing a set of techniques that use the physical senses to project out of the body. It's what we relate best to while in the physical dimension, and by simulating our senses to occur in another environment we can focus our consciousness outside the physical body and achieve an OOB state.

Greetings Under the Midnight Sun
I have already visited the fluidexistence site and think that it is well put together. I like the way that you record All your OBEs, even if some of them are mundane and uninteresting. Also of interest is the idea of highlighting the more interesting experiences in red to make for easier reading.

Thank you for the kind remarks. Yes, at the moment the journals are pretty much just so I can track my progress. It's nice to able to access them from the WWW! But, if anybody for any reason wishes to read them the red ones, that are worthwhile, make it easier than sorting through the excessive amount of uninteresting voyages.
