hello i had soem vibrations

my English is bad so i was just taking a nap  about 6pm i feel a  sleep and at one point i woke up and decide to just sleep some more
and i start feeling little weird i knew i was a about to have vibration so it's start at my chest pulling feeling  and vibration come over at me
all the sudden i start to hear noises like i was at playing  ground was high pitch ikd like a girl screaming
and there was body sitting beside me and patting my back as i was trying get out f my body and so i just start to dream and it was it
i dream about my bed it was empty i moved the pillows and i cant rember anythign else

I am not so expereinced but you could actually be dreaming and didn't realize that if i am wrong then i am pretty sure these pin posts will help
