HELP!!!

i can still make them just not as good as they used to be, i cant make them do things either, make sure that while your making the psiball with the energy, that u also have in mind a picture of what the psi ball should look like, it should be a ball in between your hands of energy. And if you can make feelings in your body, try making the feelings from your arms and legs go through your body through the arms and out the hands to make the psi ball.

This is really embarassing, because everywhre on the internet it says Psi-balls are really easy. BUT I CAN'T MAKE ONE! []

Someone please help me...

(I hope I'm not one of those people who find this impossible. God wouldn't be that cruel, would he..?)
