The feelings you describe are clasic signature OBE sensations. So that must have been an OBE if anything.

no,i am not narcaleptic.And for the rest of the six days, wow !this is kinda hard to explain, so if you would please bear with me here. . it would be like i was half way "here" touching, seeing, feeling ex. . and then i was not.I remember being able to go where ever I wanted to at times, just think of it and be there.Any communincation was done telepathically.I would pop in and out,my mother said it was like i was in laa laa land. I ,mean my heart was beating, my eyes were open,i was even walking around the house at times, but i wasnt in there, i wouldnt even respond to my own name.While i was walking around my house "here" there i was on another planet, watching another of my "selves" life.And then after that "vision" was over I would pop back into my body again, aknowlege my mom,I would stay in body for slight seconds, i remember looking threw my eyes and thinking WHATS GOING ON! Right before the end of this all, right before I slept for 12 hours!!(thank-god) I remember being in this void, and my mother said my body was going threw these siezures and convultions.I do remember most of the "visions" that I had.I do remember popping in and out, and i also remember the convoltions.I have gone to the doctors and I do not have a thing wrong with me.This happen to me when i was 19 years old, just out of the blue.Im looking for awnsers to what might have happened to me,and so i ask you all again, please ANYONE!! if you can help me with this it would be a blessing.literally.THANK YOU MUCH FURIX.  light and love.

I'm not sure what happened, but I write to give my support, and offer a suggestion or two. []

Maybe you let yourself slip out of body. Try focusing on what you're doing here (in the physical world) to hold yourself in. Maybe you have a loose connection.

Maybe a guide or helper was helping you. Some high level beings have lost touch a little (or a lot) with how it is to be human. I used to get instruction in my sleep, but they made it so intense that I'd wake up more sleepy then when I went to sleep! I had to ask them to stop. Mentally talk and see if someone was trying to help you, but didn't realize how it was affecting your human side.

yeah, linda could be right. that would make sense if you read on sitchins theories and that sort of thing..

heres another explaination based on what ive read by robert bruce..

youre astral body could have had problems coming back to your physical after a night of sleep, too, i guess. then from there on, sleep deprivation could have set in, though 6 or 7 days is way too long for a human to stay awake and survive. maybe i misunderstood? parts of your brain stop functioning correctly after a certain amount of time without sleep, and your body needs sleep to absorb life energy as well. after 100 hours without sleep, you might as well be mentally insane or extremely intoxicated or something to that effect, as well as extremely tired and drained, because people who go without sleep for just 100 hours have become extremely paranoid, confused, delirious, etc.. o.O ..your astral body cant leave easily during certain times, either, but i wont try to explain that because i dont really understand it well myself. youll have to read 'treatise on obe'.
but problems with your astral body re-entering and sleep deprivation.. thats my best guess.

Sounds like a long and prolonged experience.
So we know that it is likely that you were leaving your physical body in your astral body, and at ceartain of those trips leaving your body you were either stuck or just didn't seperate.  And when you did seperate you could go anywhere just by thinking of it.  And you stated that you would come back after you left and alot of what you talk about sounds like trance states.  The energy movement and the popping and the rush of electricity sounds like chakra activity.  You experienced a past life (did you play an acting role in this vision, where you in your old self again, what I mean is did you relive an event in your old life or did you watch something

    These things do happen and it is plainly seen that although you may possess the faculty to do these things consciously, you were not in direct control (like for example if someone like Robert did this he would do it consciously.)

    My advice is that you get a journal or note-book and record everything you can remember about these 6 - 7 days, write every detail even if it seems not to matter that little clue may be the key.

i  did see many things while i was out of body, diffrent lives that i had lived in diffrent parallel realities.i had seen many amazing things!!such things if i were to speak of them, one would think im completely insane.I did relive past lives/was inside of old bodys, i felt many of my deaths and births.and i did have a messenger speak to me.it feels now that i have a vast amout of knowlege stored deep inside of me and i cannot tap into the scource of it.im now able to hear the vibrations of crystals and stones,i hear others "feelings", or better put the thought streams that pulse threw the air, threw people.wow, i dont know, im just searching awnsers,anyone have any good links???or good books on this kind of subject???thanks again to all                         light and love     michelle angelique

Hey Guys!!
I had this experience about a year ago and i was wondering if anyone could help me out.Im quite confused.
This was a 6 or 7 day "trip" that started out with me waking up out of my dreamstate but not completly, let me explain this farther, I   would wake up being convinced everything that I had done and everywhere I had gone in my dreams I actually did in my physical body.It worsened as the next two days rolled around, until what seemed to be my dreamstate meshed into my reality.Now at that point I remember getting a very "electrifying" rush threw-out my whole body.There was a loud ringing in my ears/body that raised to such a high-pitched frequency, I remember watching my mothers mouth move while she was talking to me but could not hear a word.As the rush moved up my body and to my head I felt my self rise above my body and into the sky.After that I continued to stay in a wierd half way out of body/ half way in the body state for the next 4 days.I remember comming in and out of a multitude of dementions,and also popping back into this reality.My mother said i contiually "twiched"the whole time. I didnt sleep, eat or do any other bodily functions during this time either.
